Tbilisi, November 11 (Xinhua) — A Turkish military aircraft en route from Azerbaijan to Turkey crashed on Tuesday in Georgia's Sighnaghi Municipality, approximately 5 kilometers from the Georgian-Azerbaijani border, the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

Baghdad, November 11 (Xinhua) — Iraqis began voting in parliamentary elections on Tuesday morning for a new 329-member Council of Representatives.

Islamabad, November 11 (Xinhua) — At least 12 people were killed and 27 others injured in a suicide bombing near a judicial complex here on Tuesday afternoon, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi told local media.

M. Naqvi said at the scene that a suicide bomber detonated an explosive-laden vest in front of the judicial complex, which houses several district courts.
