Almaty, January 19 (Xinhua) — Kazakhstan's oil producer Tengizchevroil (TCO) on Monday suspended oil production at the Tengiz and Korolevskoye fields following a fire that broke out the day before.

Hohhot, January 19 (Xinhua) — Six people were killed and four remain missing in an explosion that occurred on January 18 at a sheet metal rolling mill in northern China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the rescue headquarters at the scene reported on Monday.

Islamabad, January 19 (Xinhua) — At least 21 people have been killed in a massive fire at a shopping mall in Karachi, the capital of Pakistan's southern Sindh province, Pakistani officials said on Monday.
