Pyongyang, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) — Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended celebrations to mark the 80th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) in Pyongyang on Oct. 9 and 10.

Li Qiang, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, attended the ceremony and watched large-scale gymnastic and artistic performances, as well as a military parade.

On the sidelines of the event, Li Qiang spoke with General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, Chairman of the United Russia Party and Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, and other representatives. –0–
