The city has put more than 1,100 square meters of real estate in the Central Administrative District up for auction. This was reported by Ekaterina Solovieva, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital's Department of City Property.

"Entrepreneurs can acquire commercial real estate at auction in various locations across the city to launch a new business or expand their operations. Both compact and large properties are being auctioned, some of which are located in historic buildings. Currently, premises totaling over 1,100 square meters are being auctioned at public auction, located in cultural heritage sites in the Meshchansky, Basmanny, and Arbat districts. For many potential buyers, the presence of a building with a rich history is an important factor when choosing a location for their salon, store, restaurant, or hotel, as it creates a special atmosphere and enhances the business's appeal," said Ekaterina Solovieva.

The two premises are combined into one lot, they are located in a building on Friedrich Engels Street (house 23, building 3The total area of the properties is 226.8 square meters. On September 27, buses will begin running on route #1342k from the Belomorskaya metro station. They will provide service to the Klyazma-Starbeevo neighborhood of Khimki, Moscow Region. The route will consist of five modern, large buses, equipped to Moscow's highest standards.

In the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, 18 residential complexes are being built simultaneously as part of the renovation program. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.

"Construction of 18 buildings is ongoing in six districts in the northern part of the capital as part of the renovation program. Five new buildings are being built simultaneously in the Timiryazevsky and Dmitrovsky districts, four in Koptevo, two in Beskudnikovsky, and one in Golovinsky. Another residential complex is being built in the Savelovsky district—it will be the first building in the district under the renovation program.
