The fresh Kamchatka crab season has begun at the "Moscow on the Wave" markets. They are delivered within 24 hours in specially equipped trucks, where special conditions are maintained to ensure the crabs reach the shelves alive. Despite their name, Kamchatka crabs are delivered to Moscow not from the Far East, but from Murmansk. They were introduced to the Barents Sea for commercial development back in the 1960s and 1970s. The cold Arctic waters proved to be a comfortable environment for the crabs: they quickly adapted and established a stable population.

A Kamchatka crab weighs between three and five kilograms. Investors are currently constructing a five-story children's and adult clinic on Lyubuchanskaya Street. It is designed to accommodate 560 visits per shift.
