By 2027, the government intends to ensure 100% internet coverage of the country's population. Istanbul, October 21 (Xinhua) — Turkish security forces detained 19 suspected Islamic State (IS) members on Tuesday during a large-scale counterterrorism operation, local authorities said.

According to the provincial police department, counterterrorism units conducted simultaneous raids in 25 towns and villages in the southern province of Adana. The raids followed 10 months of remote technical surveillance and physical surveillance of two separate groups suspected of operating on behalf of ISIS.
