Scientists from the Almazov National Medical Research Center and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University have presented a unique hardware and software system capable of assessing the state of cerebral autoregulation—a key mechanism that protects the brain from blood pressure fluctuations—in real time. CARACAS, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) — Venezuelan Communications and Information Minister Freddy Niñez on Sunday called the US attack on the country earlier this month a "war crime."

At an international cultural event, F. Niñez emphasized the historical responsibility of the international cultural community in the face of escalating violence and the weakening of international law.

He said the stigma against Venezuela stems from economic interests linked to its natural resources, not ideological motives, and cited historical precedents of foreign interference in the affairs of other countries.
