Bishkek, September 26 (Xinhua) — A seminar on the China Global Governance Initiative (CGGI) was held at the Kyrgyz National University (KNU) in Bishkek on Friday. Budapest, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) — Hungary on Friday categorically rejected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's claim that Hungarian reconnaissance drones may have violated Ukrainian airspace.

Moscow, September 26 (Xinhua) — The opening ceremony of the photo exhibition "In the Struggle for National Liberation and World Peace" was held at the Victory Museum in Moscow on Friday. The exhibition was organized by the Memorial Museum of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the Victory Museum.

The exhibition features approximately 120 historical photographs that chronicle the 14-year history of the Chinese people's heroic resistance to Japanese aggression in the main theater of World War II, Asia. "This photo exhibition, showcasing valuable historical materials, is of great significance and is another achievement of the China-Russia Year of Culture," the Chinese diplomat said.

Also present at the opening ceremony were students specializing in Chinese studies from the Higher School of Economics, Moscow State Linguistic University, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, and Russian State University for the Humanities. Following the opening ceremony of the photography exhibition, the Victory Museum screened the Chinese film "The Photographer of Nanjing," based on true events during the Nanjing Massacre of 1937.

Izhevsk, Russia, September 26, Xinhua — China is a strategic partner for the Udmurt Republic of Russia. Trade with China is growing by more than 20 percent annually, and major joint projects are being implemented. "For us, the Udmurt Republic, China is a strategic partner. A very large project is currently being implemented on our territory. Partners from Beijing are building a large steel coil plant. Tbilisi, September 26 (Xinhua) — A scientific conference in honor of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was held at Tbilisi State University on Thursday. Jerusalem, September 26 (Xinhua) — Around 700,000 Palestinians have fled Gaza City amid Israeli ground and air strikes on the enclave's largest urban center, the Israeli military announced Thursday.

Israeli army spokesman Efi Defrin told reporters that "around 700,000 residents have been evacuated" since mid-August, when Israel launched a new attack on Gaza City. He said they have relocated to the so-called "humanitarian zone" in the southern Gaza Strip, without specifying the source of the data.
