Riyadh, March 3 (Xinhua) — Eight drones were intercepted and destroyed near the cities of Riyadh and Al-Kharj, the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday.
The agency previously said two drones struck the US Embassy in Riyadh, causing a "limited" fire and property damage.
