BEIJING, March 3 (Xinhua) — The basic conditions for maintaining the long-term positive momentum of China's economy and its fundamental trend remain unchanged, Liu Jieyi, spokesperson for the fourth session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, said on Tuesday.
