Kyiv, October 10 /Xinhua/ — A massive attack on Ukrainian power facilities has resulted in emergency power outages in Kyiv and nine regions, Ukrenergo, the operator of the Ukrainian power grid, reported on Telegram.
The company emphasized that power engineers are working to restore power supplies as soon as possible. Emergency outages will be lifted once the power grid stabilizes.
