Since the beginning of the year, the city has adopted 46 integrated territorial development (ITD) decisions. These include the redevelopment of 263 hectares of inefficiently used land. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.

"New neighborhoods in the place of depressed areas, as part of integrated territorial development, are being created with an optimal balance of residential and non-residential properties in mind. Thus, the 46 KRT projects adopted since the beginning of the year envisage the construction of over 7.5 million square meters of real estate. Of this, almost 2.4 million square meters will be public and business infrastructure. Forty KRT projects are being implemented by operators, and the rest by rights holders and investors selected through open auctions. As a result, approximately 76,000 additional jobs will be created in the city," said Vladimir Efimov.

The projects are planned to be implemented across 42 districts in nine administrative districts. Most of the sites are located near high-speed rail stations.

"The largest of the 46 KRT projects in the Khoroshevsky District in the north of the capital will create the most jobs for the city. There, they plan to redevelop 73.6 hectares of land on the former Magistralnye Ulitsy industrial zone. The project will create a modern urban quarter, including residential complexes, public, business, and social facilities, including schools for over 4,000 students and kindergartens for over 1,700 children. More than 35,500 city residents will be able to find employment there," noted the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.

As part of the Integrated Development Program (IDP), attractive urban spaces are being created in former industrial zones, inefficiently used, and undeveloped areas. Currently, 336 integrated development projects, covering a total area of over 4,200 hectares, are at various stages of development and implementation in the capital.
