BEIJING, Aug. 8 (Xinhua) — China's Supreme People's Court (SPC) on Friday issued guidelines for the implementation of the Law on Promoting the Development of the Non-State Economy, aiming to provide stronger legal guarantees for the healthy development of the country's non-state economy.
The document includes further specification of the procedure for issuing judicial decisions, improvement and improvement of working mechanisms, resolution of practical issues, as well as ensuring proper and uniform application of laws, the Supreme People's Assembly said in a statement.
According to the Supreme People's Assembly, the rules consist of 25 articles covering general requirements, ensuring equal treatment of relevant entities on the basis of the law, introducing the economic activities of the non-state sector of the economy into the legal framework, ensuring strict and impartial justice and improving the fair judicial system.
In April, the 15th session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) adopted the country's first fundamental law on the development of the non-state sector of the economy, which came into effect on May 20. -0-
