KABUL, November 25 (Xinhua) — A total of 10 Afghan citizens were killed and four others were wounded in Pakistani airstrikes in eastern Afghanistan, Afghan government spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said on Tuesday.
Pakistan shelled the Gurbuz district of Khost province last night, killing nine children, including five boys and four girls, and a woman, Z. Mujahid said on social media.
The Pakistani Air Force also carried out air raids in Kunar and Paktika provinces last night, injuring four civilians, he said.
Clashes between Pakistani and Afghan troops have recently occurred on the border.
