Today, March 24, a labor conference was held at KAMAZ to discuss the fulfillment of the Collective Agreement obligations for 2025.

She noted that the company increased vehicle sales last year, representing an 8.6% increase compared to 2024. KAMAZ PJSC's share of the Russian market for heavy-duty trucks with a gross vehicle weight over 14 tonnes reached 33% by the end of 2025, compared to 18% the previous year. KAMAZ's market share increased thanks to both the classic K3 generation in the commercial segment and the latest K5 generation. Extensive work is underway to provide Russian regions with passenger transport. The company continues to participate in federal projects to upgrade the vehicle fleets of Russian cities. New bus models and an A5 generation electric bus have been launched. Furthermore, KAMAZ continues to supply vehicles to the Russian military.

"The first thing we focused on during the reporting period was transforming the social benefits system. We abandoned the principle of 'thin-grain' distribution and transitioned to targeted support for key target groups: young people, families, families with children, and employees in difficult life situations. Funding was maintained at a level that covered all key staff needs. Funds were allocated for spa treatment, meal compensation, maternity support, and financial assistance in difficult life situations."
Furthermore, systematic support for mobilized workers and their families continues. Over the past year, 75 families have received financial assistance totaling over 11 million rubles. More than 4,400 "Lenta" gift certificates worth five thousand rubles have also been issued to the families of mobilized workers, totaling over 20 million rubles. Fifteen families of mobilized workers have received spa treatment at the Naberezhnye Chelny Sanatorium and KAMAZzhilbyt.
In turn, Ilnar Mukhametshin, Deputy Chairman of the KAMAZ PJSC Trade Union, reported on the activities of the auto giant's trade union committee in 2025. He noted that in today's environment, the trade union plays a significant and crucial role both in protecting workers' rights and as a social partner. Currently, the United Primary Trade Union Organization of KAMAZ PJSC comprises 58 primary trade union organizations, with two new ones established last year. By the end of 2025, the membership coverage for the main group of KAMAZ organizations located in Naberezhnye Chelny was over 93%.
The reports from the administration and trade union committee on the fulfillment of obligations under the KAMAZ PJSC Collective Agreement for 2025 indicate that all obligations have been fulfilled during the reporting period. Compensatory and incentive payments established by the Collective Agreement and KAMAZ PJSC regulatory documents have been made in full.
Summing up the conference, KAMAZ CEO Sergey Kogogin noted that the company continues to operate in volatile market conditions and that the announced results were achieved despite the current challenging situation. The Russian commercial vehicle market has shrunk by more than half, and current demand doesn't provide comfortable conditions for the stable operation of the company and related industry enterprises. "Under these conditions, maintaining our scientific, technical, and production potential remains a constant challenge. In 2026, we must consider and focus on key areas. Smooth assembly line operation is essential; it allows us to synchronize suppliers, logistics, and personnel, avoiding rush jobs and downtime. Quality is especially crucial—it's our anti-crisis tool today: in a market that is shrinking and competition is increasing, quality is becoming the primary argument for customer retention. It's also crucial to ensure import substitution without sacrificing quality: by replacing obsolete components, we must maintain or even improve the reliability of our product," emphasized Sergey Kogogin.
The company's CEO also noted that, in addition to equipment deliveries, the team participated in the dispatch of humanitarian aid throughout the year, supported mobilized colleagues, and assisted new regions of the country. "Ensuring the uninterrupted production of vehicles to protect the country's borders and national interests remains a crucial mission. This is our duty today, and we are successfully fulfilling this crucial task. Thank you to the entire team for your work in 2025, for your patriotism and responsiveness!" said the KAMAZ CEO.
