There are currently 52 departmental and regional systems and services operating on GosTech. Another 30 services are in the development or pilot phase.

The system helps track up-to-date information on lesson schedules, homework, and academic progress, and allows parents to manage a unified schedule for their children, adding clubs, sections, and other extracurricular activities. The system also allows students to access a library of electronic learning materials, which currently includes over 30,000 lessons from leading Russian educational platforms. Teachers can assign homework to their class in the form of a link to a specific digital module.

During the event, the platform's updated operating format, "GosTech 2.0," was presented. Its key advantages will include fully automated procedures for ordering government information systems, as well as the creation of a competitive environment by incorporating IT solutions from various Russian developers into the platform.

"GosTech 2.0 will allow us to create new services faster and easier and ensure a high level of security. Our goal is to make government digital solutions as efficient and convenient as possible for citizens and businesses," said Dmitry Grigorenko.

He recalled that the GosTech project was launched in 2020. The platform was designed based on the best technical solutions available at the time. Currently, the development of the unified digital GosTech platform involves the integration of modern technologies to improve efficiency and automate the development of government services.

Thus, within the framework of the platform, it is planned to create a special cluster for working with large language models and implementing artificial intelligence in government services.

The platform's development is part of a larger-scale change in the government's approach to managing the state IT infrastructure. Specifically, all government IT solutions are planned to be developed with the support of the Center for Expertise and Coordination of Information Technology. BEIJING, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) — China has established a complete industrial chain system for key intelligent connected vehicle technologies, covering intelligent cockpit, autonomous driving, and cloud connectivity and control technologies, according to the Chinese daily Keji Ribao (Science and Technology).

TAIPEI, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) — A lake overflowing due to heavy rains triggered by Typhoon Ragasa in Taiwan has left 17 people dead, 32 injured and 17 missing as of 4 p.m. Wednesday, local authorities said.

On Tuesday afternoon, a landslide-dammed lake overflowed in Hualien County, on the island's east side. The flooding caused by the overflow has now subsided.

Most of the victims, mostly elderly, were found in Guangfu Township, Hualien County. Delayed evacuation was suspected to be the cause of the deaths.

As of Wednesday afternoon, more than 5,000 people had been evacuated from Guangfu, Wanrong, Fenglin, and other areas of Hualien County. Around 20 shelters have been established, currently housing over 700 people.

Nevertheless, the admissions campaign for undergraduate programs went quite smoothly: we assisted applicants with correctly completing their information, promptly resolved any issues that arose, including responding to premature complaints that could have been resolved without further delay. I'd like to note that this year, the number of applications from applicants generated using artificial intelligence increased by two-thirds, but we managed this too, guiding students on how to more accurately formulate AI queries so that they would be less prone to errors and would assist them in their personal development," concluded Vadim Dikikh.

The university rector agreed that this year's admissions campaign was truly emotional.

Next, the head of the University's Electronic Dean's Office, Kristina Firsova, reported on the results of the summer examination session for the 2024/2025 academic year.

"The number of successful students in full-time undergraduate and graduate programs remained at last year's level, at 89% and 77%, respectively. Meanwhile, the number of excellent students in part-time undergraduate programs increased," the specialist reported.

In addition, the Academic Council discussed social support measures for students, approved new continuing education programs, and approved the candidacies of scientists who are permitted to supervise postgraduate students and applicants.
