The pedestrian crossing connected two residential areas from Novostroevskaya and Zheleznodorozhnaya streets, conditionally separated by railroad tracks. Residents will be able to safely and comfortably get to schools, kindergarten and shops located in this place.

Two new main routes will start operating in the capital from August 9. They will connect the Eastern and South-Eastern administrative districts of the capital. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.

"On the instructions of Sergei Sobyanin, we continue to develop ground-based urban transport and make travel more convenient for thousands of Muscovites and guests of the capital. New main routes form a chord corridor between the South-Eastern and Eastern Administrative Districts.
