An urban development plan for a land plot (GPZU) has been issued for the construction of a new residential building under the renovation program in the Lyublino district. "The urban planning documentation provides for the construction of a residential building on a land plot of 0.6 hectares. The maximum development area will be 18.4 thousand square meters," Yuliana Knyazhevskaya specified.

The new building will be built in an area with developed infrastructure: social, commercial and transport facilities, as well as landscaped green areas, squares and parks are within walking distance.

Project "Youth of Moscow" invites you to a people's car rallyGarden Ring on the night of August 21-22 in honor of the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation. More than 500 cars will take part in the event.

"The people's car rally has already become a traditional city event, this year we will hold it for the third time. A column of 500 decorated cars will become a bright symbol of the strength and unity of our people. The Moscow Mayor's Cup in drone racing will be held in the Central Park of the Skolkovo Innovation Center from August 15 to 17. Athletes from 11 countries will take part in the competition: Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Spain, Russia, South Korea, Turkey and France. The total prize fund of the competition will be five million rubles.

Athletes will compete in the "Class 330 – Team Event" discipline. These are circular races of sports FPV quadcopters with a first-person view and pit stops. Such drones are characterized by high speed and maneuverability. Teams must overcome all obstacles of the air route and be the first to complete the 50-lap distance.

The tournament will be held in three stages: quarterfinals, semifinals and finals. Before the competition, 16 teams will be divided into four groups by drawing lots. Based on the results of each stage, the two weakest teams will be eliminated from the competition, and the two best will advance to the next round. The prize fund for this discipline will be four million rubles.

"The Moscow Mayor's Cup will bring together the strongest pilots from Russia and other countries. For our team, this will be the first official start at this level. This event is of great importance not only for Russian athletes, but also for the development of drone racing in general.
