Ланьчжоу, 16 сентября /Синьхуа/ — Международный семинар по обмену опытом в области зеленого развития и практическими примерами на местах в рамках инициативы “Пояс и путь” стартовал во вторник в Ланьчжоуском университете. Ученые из Казахстана, Таджикистана, Узбекистана и других стран поделились опытом и обсудили с китайскими экспертами тему зеленого развития.

Организаторами семинара выступают Ланьчжоуский университет, Общество экологических наук провинции Ганьсу и Международный центр комплексного развития горных районов.

Эльмира Жилкибаева из Казахского национального аграрного исследовательского университета, отметила, что Китай внес большой вклад для всего мира в зеленое развитие. Опыт Китая в борьбе с опустыниванием, практика сохранения биоразнообразия пастбищ и восстановления экологии, а также разработка и использование экологически чистой энергии – все это достойно изучения в странах-участницах инициативы “Пояс и путь”.

Данное мероприятие продлится до 23-го сентября. В течение этих дней участвующие эксперты и ученые посетят города Увэй, Чжанъе, Цзюцюань, Цзяюйгуань и другие места провинции Ганьсу /Северо-Западный Китай/, где смогут лично ознакомиться с практикой зеленого развития Китая.

Проректор Ланьчжоуского университета Ша Юнчжун сказал, что он надеется на дальнейшее развитие углубленных обменов между странами-участницами инициативы “Пояс и путь”, содействие обмену образовательными ресурсами, достижениями в области научных исследований и опытом управления, а также изучение новых путей технологических преобразований и инновационного сотрудничества. -0-

Харбин, 16 сентября /Синьхуа/ — В отдаленном уезде Цзяинь /провинция Хэйлунцзян, Северо-Восточный Китай/, который граничит с Россией, динозавров можно “встретить” повсюду – от вывесок на зданиях с изображениями ревущих динозавров до рыночных прилавков, украшенных этими доисторическими животными. На территории этого района по сей день в большом количестве сохранилось наследие существ, бродивших по земле миллионы лет тому назад.

Увлечение динозаврами берет свое начало еще с момента эпохального открытия 1902 года, когда палеонтологи обнаружили крупного гадрозавридного динозавра “Мандшурозавра амурского”, которое ознаменовало собой одну из самых ранних крупных раскопок окаменелостей динозавров в Китае, после чего уезд Цзяинь прозвали “родиной динозавров”. Кроме того, эксперты утверждают, что в этом районе находится одно из самых значительных захоронений динозавров в Азии.

“На сегодняшний день в районе горы Лунгушань было раскопано 13 целостных ископаемых скелетов гадрозавров, – сказал Сунь Кэсинь, доцент Музея динозавров “Шэньчжоу” в уезде Цзяинь. – Эксперты полагают, что этот район представляет собой огромное кладбище динозавров, содержащее по меньшей мере еще 100 целостных окаменелостей, ожидающих своего обнаружения”.

Приверженность уезда палеонтологии привела к созданию в 2001 году Цзяиньского национального геологического парка динозавров площадью 38,44 кв. км с четко разграниченными основными, буферными и экспериментальными зонами. “Я был в уезде Цзяинь 25 раз, Китай – мой второй родной город, – сказал профессор Абдул Рахман Ашраф, 83-летний ученый из Боннского университета в Германии. – На протяжении почти четырех десятилетий я сотрудничал со многими китайскими профессорами, установив прекрасные отношения сотрудничества”.

The project will involve the extraction of silt deposits with a total volume of about 2.3 thousand cubic meters, which will restore the necessary depth and minimize overgrowing. After that, specialists will solve the problem of shallowing – they will form the pond bed by installing an aquiclude. The restoration of the 348-meter coastal strip will be carried out with the preservation of the old and the installation of new gentle slopes convenient for waterfowl to come ashore. The concrete bank section will be repaired, the rest of the bank will be reinforced with biomaterial and a lawn will be laid out.

At the final stage, the bioplateau zone with a total area of about 300 square meters will be updated, where aquatic plants will be planted during the warm season.

Specialists regularly conduct surveys of the capital's water bodies, and if problems are identified, a decision is made on rehabilitation. The list of water bodies is compiled annually taking into account the wishes of Muscovites. In total, 19 ponds are planned to be renovated in Moscow this year.
