The Ecology Fund of the Russian Agricultural Bank has been awarded a quality mark in the RAEX annual report ranking.

The Ecology Fund of the Russian Agricultural Bank received a high rating in the RAEX annual report ranking in 2025.

The Ecology Foundation of the Russian Agricultural Bank received high expert praise and was awarded three stars (high quality) in the RAEX-2025 Annual Report Competition. This award is a confirmation from experts of the high quality of the Foundation's public non-financial reporting (PNFR).

The RAEX Annual Report Competition is being held for the 27th time. Each year, it evaluates over 100 reports from companies and financial institutions from Russia and the CIS. Since 2020, non-profit organizations have also participated, bringing the total number of participants in the ranking to over 300.

When assessing documents, RAEX experts analyze the completeness of information disclosure, the consistency and clarity of the document's structure, and its compliance with the latest international standards.

In addition to traditional objectives, the authors of the PNOs of domestic companies are faced with the goal of reflecting real achievements in two areas in their annual reports. First, in aligning their activities with national development goals—both in their day-to-day work and in strategic planning. Second, in understanding their place and prospects in the emerging new architecture of the global and macroregional economies.

"Three stars in the RAEX rating are recognition of the maturity of our reporting. It reflects the Fund's performance, social and environmental initiatives, and high-quality non-financial indicators, such as regional participation, population coverage, and media activity. This high rating was achieved through extensive disclosure of non-financial information, transparency, a structured presentation of projects and indicators, and tangible environmental and social achievements, supported by data and awards," comments Elmira Morozova, Director of the Ecology Foundation at the Russian Agricultural Bank.

Since 2021, the Fund, established by Rosselkhozbank, has been implementing long-term programs in several key areas: forest restoration, biodiversity conservation, waste recycling, environmental education, and scientific research. Over the past four years, the Ecology Fund has implemented 72 environmental initiatives. The total funding raised for these projects has reached approximately 128.9 million rubles.

The RUDN University Graduate School of Management hosted a large-scale international scientific and practical conference, "Digital Transformation of Business." The event served as a platform for dialogue between educational leaders and leading practitioners who shape Russia's digital landscape on a daily basis.

Vector of development

The conference was opened by Anna Ostrovskaya, Director of the Graduate School of Management at RUDN University. In her welcoming address, she emphasized the strategic importance of such meetings.

"Today, digital transformation is not an option, but a necessity for any business and, consequently, for education. Our goal at RUDN University is to train specialists who don't just follow trends, but create them themselves. This conference is a bridge between theory and best practice, allowing our students and partners to see the development vector in real time. We are shaping a new management culture where technological literacy and adaptability are becoming key competencies," noted Anna Ostrovskaya.

Alexander Kvashin, Director of Digitalization at RUDN University, moderated the first panel discussion on the common challenges of digitalization. The discussion focused on pressing issues: key shifts in recent years, practical advice for businesses and students, and underestimated but critically important trends.

The discussion was attended by top market experts: Roman Borisov (Astra), Alexey Kislov (1C), Alexey Shchedrov (ICL), Dmitry Oleynik (Sber), Milena Krasnorutskaya (Pusk), and Ilya Volkov (Points Group).

The key insight of the session: digital transformation today is not about the implementation of individual technologies, but about the speed of adaptation, readiness for cultural change, and the ability to learn faster than competitors.

Digital Storm in the Hospitality Industry

The second panel discussion was entirely devoted to digital trends in the hospitality industry. It was moderated by Konstantin Goryainov, Head of the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business at RUDN University's Graduate School of Management.

"The hospitality industry is undergoing a true revolution. Digital technologies are fundamentally changing everything: from the booking process to the guest's personal experience. Our department sees its mission as ensuring that graduates not only know about these tools, but also understand their business logic and how to extract maximum benefit from them to create impeccable service. Today's conversation with market leaders provides invaluable insights for shaping a relevant educational trajectory," emphasized Konstantin Goryainov.

The discussion brought together key market experts: Kirill Volkov (TRN, Travel IT World), Konstantin Gerber (HRS), Fyodor Timokhov (TravelLine), Valentin Andreev (Pognali), and Nikita Konstantinov (Visit Russia). They discussed key digital trends, ways to turn digitalization into a growth driver, and offered practical advice to students, ultimately concluding: digital technologies have ceased to be a competitive advantage and have become a matter of survival. The key to success lies not in chasing the latest technology, but in its intelligent, customer-focused implementation to achieve specific business results.

The "Digital Transformation of Business" conference at RUDN University demonstrated that the future is being created today through dialogue between science, education, and practice.
