The Orenburgneft company (Rosneft's key production asset in the Volga region) became a partner of the All-Russian track and field race "Buzuluk Half Marathon". The large-scale event was organized on the initiative of the Ministry of Sports of the Orenburg Region, uniting more than 1,100 participants from 105 cities of Russia and Kazakhstan.

Participants could choose distances from 600 m to 21 km. The start was attended by the youngest runners from 4 years old, family relay participants and experienced athletes in the 70 years and older category. More than 400 runners started simultaneously on a distance of 5.5 km.

The authenticity of the Buzuluk Half Marathon is given by the merchant history of the city. Its route runs through the historical center of Buzuluk, where wooden and stone buildings from the early 19th century have been preserved. Each distance has its own unique name: "Troitskaya Thousand", "Kupecheskaya Verst", "Buzulukskaya Polovinka".

Orenburgneft employees held an awards ceremony for the winners of the traditional 21 km half marathon and presented the fastest athletes with gifts from the company.

Development of sports and support of a healthy lifestyle is one of the key areas of social work of Rosneft Oil Company. The company actively develops sports infrastructure in the regions of its presence – it builds sports complexes, ice arenas and multifunctional sports grounds. With the support of Rosneft, dozens of modern large sports facilities have been opened in many regions of the country.

Resolution of August 20, 2025 No. 1246

Document

Resolution of August 20, 2025 No. 1246

Small and medium-sized businesses, in particular hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, will be able to carry out technological connection of their facilities to power grids without drawing up a paper contract. The resolution amending the rules for technological connection to power grids has been signed.

The document concerns the category of consumers who require capacities from 150 kW to 670 kW inclusive to connect facilities.

Until now, applicants had to return to the network organization the documents they had signed on their part, which were drawn up upon joining. This led to duplication of information, an increase in the time it took to process them, and a complication of the activities of organizations on both sides.

Now, in order to receive the service of technical connection to the electric grid, such applicants only need to submit an application electronically and pay the invoice issued by the electric grid organization – the contract will be considered concluded from the moment the invoice is paid.

The grid organization will independently upload all final documents on connection to the applicant's personal account on the grid company's website or on the public services portal. However, they do not require signature from the applicant.

Thus, all interactions between the applicant and the power grid company will now be conducted only electronically. This will significantly simplify the connection process for applicants and provide an opportunity to go through a simple and transparent procedure for connecting to the power grid.

The signed document introduces changes toGovernment Resolution of December 27, 2004 No. 861.

Next year, it is planned to review approaches to reserving loans for legal entities — in particular, to define a mandatory set of debt burden indicators and the limits of their values for assessing the financial position of borrowers. Rosneft presented tourist routes at the first Orenburg hot air balloon festival

Translation. Region: Russian Federal

The Orenburgneft company (Rosneft's key production asset in the Volga region) and the Government of the Orenburg Region presented jointly developed routes for auto tourists at the hot air balloon festival "Salty Wind of Orenburg".

The tourist center of the region, the city of Sol-Iletsk, became the venue for the first large-scale hot air balloon festival in the Orenburg region. More than 10 thousand spectators from the region and guests from different regions of Russia and neighboring countries took part in the celebration.

As part of the festival, Rosneft volunteers presented three routes for auto tourists: “The Power of Nature” from Orenburg to Ufa, “Relict Pearl” from the regional capital to Buzuluk pine forest, and “Steppe Stories” from Buzuluk to Aksakovo.

The routes are already presented on Rosneft’s special information and service platform –"Horizons of Russia: Come with us!". Thanks to the unique navigation functionality, all interesting locations become stops on the route, which the autotourist can independently collect and change at any time during the trip, based on personal interests and taking into account the location of the necessary services.

Along the routes, at an optimal distance, there are Bashneft gas stations (part of Rosneft Oil Company), where tourists can fill their cars with guaranteed high-quality fuel, eat delicious food, relax comfortably, and buy the goods they need on the road, including locally produced goods.

The festival guests who ascended in a hot air balloon were able to enjoy the landscapes of one of the starting locations of the "Power of Nature" auto route from a bird's eye view, the famous healing lakes of Sol-Iletsk, sand dunes and a picturesque panorama of ancient chalk mountains. Visitors to the ethnographic museum "Cossack Kuren" learned about the history of the emergence of the local Cossacks and their traditions, and immersed themselves in the atmosphere of Cossack life in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

For three days, Orenburg residents watched spectacular flights of brightly coloured balloons; those who wished could feel like true aeronauts and enjoy the breathtaking views of the endless Orenburg steppes.

The festival also included the 18th Sol-Iletsky Watermelon Festival, which preserves long-standing local melon-growing traditions. The festive program featured especially popular tastings of watermelon and melon dishes, master classes for adults and children, and a competition for the largest watermelon. The gastronomic festival ended with a live music concert.

Rosneft actively supports initiatives to develop domestic automobile tourism and aims to create comfortable conditions for car travelers. Developing roadside service and improving the level of customer service provided at the Company's petrol stations is one of the priority areas of activity.

The Orenburg Region is one of the key regions of Rosneft's operations. The Company's major enterprises operate here: Orenburgneft, RN-Bureniye, RN-Service, RN-Buzuluk Gas Processing Plant, and the retail network of Bashneft gas stations (part of Rosneft Oil Company).

Sol-Iletsk is the oldest resort in the Urals. People come here for the famous salt lakes, the water in which has beneficial properties for health. The only complex of 6 lakes in the Urals is comparable in its characteristics and healing effect to the resorts of the Dead Sea.
