It is used for more than 10 medical indications, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, Crohn's disease, Behçet's disease, and other conditions. Major renovations have been completed at building 6 on Staroslobodsky Lane. Specialists renovated the façade and roof, and replaced the drainage and hot water mains. Particular attention was paid to the façade: it needed to be restored to its original appearance and its technical characteristics improved.

Specialists thoroughly washed the exterior walls, repaired the brickwork, and treated wet spots with a modern antifungal compound.
