Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova and Health Minister Mikhail Murashko opened new medical facilities in four regions of the country via videoconference. During the event, heads of medical organizations and heads of federal subjects reported on the commissioning of the facilities.

I am confident that the clinics we are opening today will not only make care more accessible but will also expand opportunities for residents in terms of preventative care, providing additional opportunities for screenings and preventative examinations. Over the course of 2024, nearly 89 million people in our country received preventative examinations, and 77 million in the first 10 months of this year. This is a 3% increase compared to the same period last year," said Tatyana Golikova.

In addition, over the past period of this year, more than 985,000 employed citizens have undergone workplace screening, and more than 1.7 million people with risk factors for chronic non-communicable diseases have been examined as part of dynamic monitoring, and individual healthy lifestyle programs have been developed for them.

By decision of the head of state, new national projects were launched this year. Healthcare development activities are included in three national projects: "Long and Active Life," "Family," and "New Health-Saving Technologies." The modernization of primary care continues in all regions until 2030. Three new clinics have been established as part of this program.

"Today, we are opening a new emergency department at the republican hospital in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. Construction began in 2023 with regional funding. In total, at least 99 hospital emergency departments will be created across the country by 2030 as part of this federal project," the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.

Health Minister Mikhail Murashko noted that each facility represents a new lifesaving hub, a center for healthy living and prevention, and ensures access to high-quality medical care for thousands of people.

"In 2025, 683 new medical facilities, including modular ones, have already been commissioned across the country's regions and are providing medical care. Additionally, 1,381 medical facilities have been overhauled, outfitted, and equipped," the Minister of Health noted.

Such a large number of primary care medical organizations is fundamentally changing the landscape of medical care, added Mikhail Murashko.

"Convenience combined with information technologies such as electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, and much more make the work of medical personnel more comfortable," he noted.

As part of the event, new medical facilities were opened in 4 regions:

A new outpatient clinic has opened in the Republic of Bashkortostan at the Askinsky Central District Hospital. Designed to handle 250 visits per shift, it will serve over 17,000 residents of the region. The facility was built as part of the primary healthcare modernization program and is fully equipped with modern technology.

A children's clinic has opened in the Voronezh Region at the Bobrovskaya District Hospital, with a capacity of 150 visits per shift. It provides a wide range of medical care using modern equipment.

A new five-story outpatient clinic, designed to handle 500 visits per shift, has opened in Sarapul, Udmurt Republic. The facility will serve over 23,000 people and include diagnostic, treatment, and preventive care units, as well as an outpatient oncology center.

Russia's second inpatient emergency medical care unit has opened in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic following a major renovation. The unit is organized according to color zones, equipped with modern diagnostic equipment, and designed to handle high-volume workloads.

On December 15, the winners of the 2025 national award for future technologies, "Challenge," were announced at Cyberdom in Moscow.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko welcomed the participants.

Free economic zones (FEZs) in the reunited regions facilitate their economic development. This government support mechanism is in demand by both large and small businesses. "The activities of the 455 companies participating in the SEZ are aimed at developing the industrial, agricultural, energy, and other economic sectors of the reunited regions. "As of today, 32 plots totaling 142 hectares have been transferred to developers from the FRT land bank. In total, the SEZ registry includes 46 housing construction companies planning to build over 1.3 million square meters of housing. Overall, SEZ participants have already attracted approximately 70 billion rubles in investment to the regions," said FRT CEO Vasily Kupyzin.
