The adventure comedy based on Eduard Uspensky's cult classic was shown at the Oktyabr Cinema. The first audience members included actors, TV presenters, public figures, and their families.

In the new film version, Uncle Fyodor is played by Roman Pankov, and his parents by Pavel Priluchny and Liza Moryak. Ivan Okhlobystin portrays the postman Pechkin. Anton Tabakov voices Matroskin the cat, Pavel Derevyanko as Sharik, and Darya Blokhina as Galchonok.

The project was created by the Andreasyan brothers' film company in partnership with Gazprom-Media Holding, Soyuzmultfilm, and the TNT television channel. The producers were Gevond and Sarik Andreasyan, Tina Kandelaki, Arkady Vodakhov, Marina Razumova, and Yuliana Slashcheva.

"For us, 'Prostokvashino' isn't just a film, but a large project that will develop throughout the year. We're truly taking the real village of Prostokvashino under our wing and expanding this universe far beyond the screen. But most importantly, it's a meaningful story. We really want viewers, after watching it, to reread the original, watch the cartoon with their children, and remember that 'Prostokvashino' is a fairy tale about the most important thing: that children shouldn't be alone and should be happy."

Tina Kandelaki, Deputy General Director of Gazprom-Media Holding, Director of the TNT TV channel

The adventure comedy will be released on January 1, 2026. The first 5 million rubles from the box office will go toward the development of the village of the same name in the Nizhny Novgorod region as part of a joint social project between the TNT channel and K.B.A. studio.

Kirovsk (Murmansk Region). December 15, 2025. The Bolshevik Cultural Center in Kirovsk officially opened after a major renovation, in which PhosAgro participated as an investor.

The Bolshevik Cultural Center is housed in the historic building of the first sound cinema in the Murmansk region, which was built in Khibinogorsk (now Kirovsk) in 1932. The opening ceremony was attended by Murmansk Region Governor Andrei Chibis, Kirovsk Mayor Yuri Kuzin, Kirov Branch Director of Apatit JSC (PhosAgro Group) Andrei Abrashitov, as well as Kirovsk residents and visitors.

"After the closure of the cinema, and then the commercial properties that replaced it, in the mid-1990s, the legendary building lay in a dilapidated state for a long time. Together with the city administration and PhosAgro, we fought to save the building, sought solutions and funding, and navigated the construction phase. And the project was a success. Today, we stand in a modern complex that meets all current requirements, where the cinema remains and a number of new spaces have been created, including a planetarium. I am confident it will be popular with both young people and the older generation, who invested so much effort in the development of the region, the city, and the plant. This is highly symbolic – a true gift for us all. Thank you to everyone who participated in the project," said Murmansk Region Governor Andrei Chibis during the Bolshevik opening ceremony.

The cinema building is a unique monument of Soviet constructivist architecture and a cultural heritage site of regional significance. Major renovation work began in 2022. The designers and builders faced the challenging task of preserving the Bolshevik's original appearance while infusing it with modern technology.

Reopened after renovation, the Bolshevik Cultural Center is a multifunctional space equipped with the most advanced multimedia systems and equipment. Among other things, guests can enjoy an automated cloakroom, a planetarium, four cinemas, a cinema bar, children's playrooms, an entertainment area with arcade machines, a café, a conference room, and a souvenir shop. All of this makes the new cultural center not only an attractive leisure destination for local residents but also a valuable addition to the infrastructure of the Khibiny mountain tourism cluster, whose popularity among outdoor enthusiasts is growing every year.

This summer, the S.M. Kirov Square near the Bolshevik Cultural Center was also landscaped. Its focal point is the rotunda, which is planned to host various cultural events. Illuminated seating areas with benches and lawns have been installed around the square. To ensure the safety and security of the entire complex, its perimeter is equipped with a video surveillance system.

"The opening of the renovated Bolshevik Cultural Center is a true celebration for all residents of our city. We've created a modern space where everyone will find something to enjoy, from engaging film screenings to educational events. I'm confident the cultural center will become a true gem for our city. It will host significant cultural and educational events and foster creative initiatives," noted Kirovsk Mayor Yuri Kuzin.

The cost of reconstructing the facility amounted to more than 1.5 billion rubles, financed by PhosAgro and the Murmansk Region budget.

"When the first sound cinema in the Arctic opened its doors in the 1930s, it was a true sensation. By joining the Murmansk Region government and the city administration in its reconstruction project, we hoped that the renovated space would replicate this success and become popular with northerners. I think we succeeded. I'm confident we can rightfully be proud of this project; it has turned out beautifully and modernly," noted Andrey Abrashitov, Director of the Kirov branch of JSC Apatit (PhosAgro Group).

The first film to be shown at the renovated Bolshevik Cinema was director Nikolai Ekk's "Road to Life." This film was shown at the first sound cinema in the Kola Arctic on its opening day, November 7, 1932.

"Excellent! We were really looking forward to the opening of the Bolshevik. And the fact that now you can not only watch a movie here, like in our youth, but also have a useful and educational time will make it popular with the younger generation," said Nikolai Savotkin, an honorary citizen of Kirovsk, sharing his impressions.

Since 2022, nearly 5,000 startups with total revenue exceeding 2.8 billion rubles have been registered within the framework of the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform in Russia, emphasized Russian Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov, welcoming guests and participants of the IV All-Russian Technological Entrepreneurship Forum "TechPred-2025."

"You are, in many ways, shaping the culture of tech entrepreneurship in modern Russia. You maintain a constant dialogue with young people, helping them promote science-intensive startups. Thanks to your coordinated teamwork, nearly 5,000 startups have registered on the platform in three years, with a total revenue of over 2.8 billion rubles."

Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation

Speaking at the plenary discussion "The Superposition Principle: Towards a Technological Breakthrough by Combining Efforts," Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Olga Petrova noted:

"The key task we see as the Ministry of Science and Higher Education is to embed a culture of technological entrepreneurship into our educational environment, making it a norm that allows us to build a seamless path from a student's idea to the creation of a multidisciplinary technology center. And here, the strength of our interdepartmental cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and the coordinated work of all operators of the 'Technology' federal project are crucial."

Olga Petrova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation

In turn, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Kolesnikov noted:

Together with our colleagues from the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, we've truly strived to provide all kinds of support—from the most basic stage of student startups to IPOs. And it's gratifying to know that, thanks to our colleagues from Innopraktika, who operate the "Vzlet – From Startup to IPO" program, we've already supported one company through the end of the year to go public. Two companies are also in the process of listing on investment platforms. So, the process has begun, even though we only launched this support program in the middle of this year."

Maxim Kolesnikov, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation

This year, the ministries combined initiatives to support technology entrepreneurship and the development of small technology companies—the University Technical Representative Platform of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science and the "Takeoff: From Startup to IPO" program of the Ministry of Economic Development—under the federal project "Technology." These measures are aimed at increasing the number of small technology companies in Russia, increasing their revenue, and engaging in the development of technological sovereignty.

According to Maxim Kolesnikov, the ministry's registry already contains over 6,300 MTCs, and these companies are demonstrating very strong growth rates (an average of 35% per year). Last year, their combined revenue exceeded 1 trillion rubles, and approximately 26,000 intellectual property rights have been registered.

The plenary session was also attended by Rifkat Minnikhanov, President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan; Dmitry Zauers, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprombank; Viktor Avdeev, Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering and New Materials at Lomonosov Moscow State University; Nikita Shnyrev, General Director of the ANO "Human Capital Development"; and Antony Shvindt, Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the Government Commission for Scientific and Technological Development of Russia.

The All-Russian Forum of Technological Entrepreneurship is the flagship event of the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform, which became part of the federal "Technology" project of the "Efficient and Competitive Economy" national project in the spring of 2025. The event has been held since 2022 and is the country's leading platform for discussing effective approaches to startup creation, research commercialization, and the development of technological entrepreneurship in Russian universities.

In 2025, the Forum will be organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science jointly with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, with the Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development serving as a co-organizer. The Republic of Tatarstan will serve as a partner region.

Kirovsk (Murmansk Region). December 12, 2025. The first apatite-nepheline ore was mined at the new Rasvumchorr Plateau underground mine of JSC Apatit's Kirovsk branch (PhosAgro Group). The first stage of commissioning at the new Rasvumchorr Plateau underground mine was completed at the Kirovsk branch of JSC Apatit. The first apatite-nepheline ore was mined there in early December.

The decision to build a new mine was made in 2016. Its purpose is to develop underground reserves from the Central Mine, where Apatit miners have extracted over 720 million tons of apatite-nepheline ore in harsh climatic conditions using open-pit mining since 1964.

The full range of design and survey work for the construction of the Rasvumchorr Plateau mine was carried out by the Ya.V. Samoilov Research Institute for Fertilizers and Insectofungicides (PhosAgro Group), the only research institute in Russia specializing in research into phosphate processing technologies and the production of phosphoric and sulfuric acids, phosphorus- and nitrogen-containing mineral fertilizers, and the design of chemical, mining, and beneficiation facilities.

Mining operations commenced in 2018. To date, capital mining operations have been completed to construct opening, transport, and ventilation workings at the 430-meter level, covering a total length of approximately 20 km and a volume of excavation exceeding 450,000 cubic meters. The level is fully equipped with utilities, including communication lines, positioning systems, fire-fighting and sprinkler pipelines, high-voltage and low-voltage power lines, and lighting.

"The Rasvumchorr Plateau mine is scheduled to produce 150,000 tons of ore this year. Next year, we'll increase this figure by more than 2.5 times, planning to extract 390,000 tons of ore. The new mine will reach its design capacity of 6 million tons in 2034," says Viktor Melnik, Director of the Mining Department at the Kirov branch of Apatit JSC.

Development work at the Rasvumchorr Plateau mine is currently ongoing. Specifically, shaft development is underway to open the 310-meter horizon. Further work is planned to construct crushing and haulage complex No. 6, with its commissioning scheduled for 2029. Locomotive haulage is scheduled to begin in 2031, and mining of the 310-meter horizon is expected to begin.

PhosAgro's total investment in the mine's construction and equipment will exceed 38 billion rubles.

"Developing the ore and raw material base of the Apatit Mining and Processing Plant is a key focus of PhosAgro's investment policy. We annually utilize up to a third of the company's investment budget, and the results of this work are annually reflected in our production results. This year, we have already set records for daily and monthly shipments of finished products, and by the end of the year, we plan to produce the largest volume of apatite concentrate since the post-Soviet era," emphasized Andrey Abrashitov, Director of the Kirov branch of Apatit JSC.

Moscow. December 11, 2025. PhosAgro entered the top group of the "Corporate Philanthropy Leaders – 2025" rating, ranking companies with the most effective social programs. The "Corporate Philanthropy Leaders" project includes a rating of companies' social and charitable activities and a competition for corporate programs in specific categories. It has been implemented since 2006 by the Donors Forum association and its partners, including the Ministry of Economic Development, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Presidential Grants Fund, and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The project's goal is to support, develop, and promote corporate philanthropy and social investment.

"The project has been running for 20 years and has become somewhat of a tradition. I know that participation is truly important for many companies as a sign of the quality of their social investment activities. We are very proud of our partners, who allow us to objectively assess the state of corporate philanthropy in a particular topic (in the nomination competition) and overall (in the company performance rankings). The competition nominations always reflect what we want to highlight and see relevant examples and interesting practices," noted Alexandra Boldyreva, Executive Director of the Association of Grant-Giving Organizations "Donors Forum."

In 2025, 78 companies participated in the "Corporate Philanthropy Leaders" project. A distinguished jury analyzed the businesses' approaches to social and charitable activities, their organizational aspects, and stakeholder engagement. The experts also examined the methods companies use to evaluate the effectiveness of social programs and identify ways to improve their efficiency.

The "A Leaders" group included 17 Russian companies that demonstrated the highest effectiveness of their charitable activities, including PhosAgro, Biocad, Kept, FESCO Transportation Group, AFK Sistema, Gazprom Neft, Metalloinvest, Norilsk Nickel, Protek Group, Rosatom, VTB Bank, and others. The scores earned by the leading companies for each assessed aspect amounted to at least 75% of the maximum. The corporate social programs competition determined winners in ten categories.

PhosAgro's "Promoting Improved Quality and Accessibility of Medical Care in the Murmansk Region" program won the "Best Program (Project) Implemented with the Support of Government Institutions" category. With its support, the company significantly upgraded the facilities of the Apatity-Kirov Central District Hospital. Today, it is a large medical complex, comprising two children's and two adult clinics, two women's clinics, a dental clinic, an emergency and urgent care department, paramedic and obstetric stations in the villages of Koashva and Titan, day hospitals, and numerous auxiliary units and services. Highly qualified specialists provide diagnosis and treatment here. More than 1,300 employees work across all departments of the clinic. PhosAgro funds the purchase of state-of-the-art medical equipment and allocates additional funds to attract medical personnel to the Arctic cities of Kirovsk and Apatity.

Apatit JSC (part of the PhosAgro Group) was also awarded a special diploma in the category "Best Corporate Social Investment Program in Territories in the Context of Sustainable Development and Business Strategy" for creating modern urban and tourist infrastructure in the Far North.

PhosAgro CEO Alexander Gilgenberg thanked the expert jury of the "Corporate Philanthropy Leaders – 2025" rating for their thorough and comprehensive analysis of the company's social and charitable activities.

"Caring for our workforce and all residents of the regions where we operate has been a strategic and consistent priority for PhosAgro since its inception. Over the past three years alone, the company has invested a total of 40 billion rubles in supporting our social and charitable projects, including creating a comfortable urban environment in the regions. To this end, we make anchor investments that serve as a launchpad for small businesses and the service sector. The best example is the development of the Khibiny mountain tourism cluster in the Arctic city of Kirovsk. This is one of the key projects in the comprehensive socioeconomic partnership between the company and the Government of the Murmansk Region, in which we have already invested 25 billion rubles.

"The high praise for this work by the Donor Forum experts is a reputable endorsement of the company's direction, effectiveness, and relevance of its social projects supporting education, healthcare, sports, and the creation of a comfortable urban environment," noted Alexander Gilgenberg.
