Beirut, February 3 (Xinhua) – Iran has no intention of exporting its enriched uranium stockpiles, a senior Iranian official said.

"There was no reason to remove the stored materials from Iran," Lebanese television channel Al Mayadeen quoted Ali Shamkhani, an adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, as saying on Tuesday.

DALIAN, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) — Five people were killed and two were injured in a traffic accident in Jinpu New Area of Dalian City, northeast China's Liaoning Province, early Tuesday, local traffic police said in a statement.

The incident occurred at 6:38 a.m. at an intersection in the Qidingshan district of the area. A car made a left turn and collided with an oncoming truck.

Police confirmed that five passengers in the car died at the scene. Both drivers were injured and immediately taken to a local hospital for medical treatment. A preliminary investigation has ruled out alcohol or drug use as a contributing factor for both drivers.

A new season of the "Music in the Metro" project has started in Moscow.

The capital has launched a new season of the "Music in the Metro" project—one of the largest cultural formats integrated into the city's transportation system. Artists from various genres are once again performing for passengers at metro stations, the Moscow Central Diameters (MCD), and other public transportation facilities.

Corporate lending (including bonds) increased by 0.5% in December, up from 1.9% in November. This slowdown is typical for the end of the year, as government contract executors receive their payments and require less financing. Overall, growth for 2025 is expected to be 11.8% (18.1% for 2024).

Household mortgage debt increased by a significant 2.4% in December, largely due to strong demand for the Family Mortgage program. The annual increase was 9.0%, just slightly below the 10.9% expected in 2024.
