The annual Coffeemania Students Cup professional skills competition has concluded in Moscow. This year, it was held for the first time at the "Professions of the Future" practical training center in Pechatniki. Trinity Line

Five more stations on the graphite metro line—Serebryany Bor, Strogino, Lipovaya Roshcha, Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye, and Ilyinskaya—will open in 2027.

Including the planned Krasnogorsk and Izumrudnye Kholmy stations, the Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya metro line will stretch nearly 28 kilometers—from Moscow-City to Krasnogorsk in the Moscow region. This line will feature 12 stations.

Construction of the enclosing structure for the excavation pit of the future Vatutinki metro station has begun.Construction workers have completed excavation work for the ZIL station on the Biryulevskaya metro line.

Biryulevskaya line

A significant event of the past summer was the start of construction of the Biryulevskaya metro line.

The first section will include four stations. Construction is currently underway on the ZIL, Ostrov Mechty, and Klenovy Bulvar stations. Work on Kuryanovo will begin soon. These stations will welcome their first passengers in 2028.

In another year, the Moskvorechye, Luganskaya, Kaspiyskaya, Lipetskaya, Lebedyanskaya, and Biryulevo stations on the new metro line will open. Construction will begin soon.

The metro will reach the Biryulyovo Zapadnoye and Biryulyovo Vostochnoye districts for the first time, making transportation more accessible for hundreds of thousands of Muscovites. The Biryulyovskaya Line will stretch 22.2 kilometers and have 10 stations.

Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line and new stations

The Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya metro line extension began this summer. The opening of the Golyanovo station is scheduled for 2028.

In 2030, two new stations will appear on the Moscow metro map on existing lines: Yuzhny Port (on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line) and Dostoyevskaya (on the Circle Line).
