With the support of RN-Vankor, a company part of Rosneft's oil and gas production complex, a fuel and energy education and production center (cluster) has been opened in Krasnoyarsk to train workers for the needs of the region's oil and gas industry and the Vostok Oil project, which is being implemented in Taimyr.

The center was opened as part of the federal "Professionalism" project at the Krasnoyarsk Technical School of Welding Technologies and Power Engineering and will train specialists in the fields of "Power Supply" and "Petrochemistry." Furthermore, since September, the "Transport. Logistics" educational and production cluster has been training special equipment drivers working in the Far North. It was opened by TBS-Logistics (the transport and logistics operator for the Vostok Oil project) at the Krasnoyarsk College of Transport and Service. It also includes three network colleges from Kansk, Yemelyanovo, and Irsha in the Rybinsk District.

Three hundred fifty students have begun learning vehicle maintenance and repair skills, operating equipment in extreme conditions, and warehouse logistics. Over two days, the finalists completed the full cycle of creating a centrifugal pump impeller—one of the most technically complex components in oil and gas equipment with a limited service life. Each participant was required to utilize a variety of technologies, including 3D scanning, digital model development, product design, and 3D printing. The jury evaluated the resulting components based on strength, manufacturing precision, and compliance with specifications.

Ekaterina Beschatnova from St. Petersburg took first place, winning 250,000 rubles. Second place and 150,000 rubles went to Abdurakhim Abuskayev from Tyumen. Third place and 100,000 rubles* went to Alexander Grachev from Ufa.

The Additive Manufacturing and Reverse Engineering Cup is relevant due to the current challenges facing the oil and gas industry. Taas-Yuryakh Oil and Gas Production, part of Rosneft's production complex, continues to implement cutting-edge solutions for oil production in challenging geological conditions. A domestically developed innovative titanium drilling technology has been successfully tested at the Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field.

As part of a pilot project, the company's specialists drilled more than 500 meters into a carbonate reservoir using ultra-thin titanium needles with a diameter of 12 millimeters.

The innovation is an alternative to the traditional technology of multi-stage hydraulic fracturing (MSHF) with control of drainage zones from the wellbore horizontally and vertically.

The technology makes it possible to develop thin oil layers that are bounded by water at the bottom and by a large gas cap at the top.

The new method is promising for the Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field. A significant portion of the field's reserves lie in zones with an extensive gas cap. These geological conditions require the use of innovative oil production technologies and the development of new solutions by corporate research and development institutes and oilfield service divisions.

With the support of Samotlorneftegaz (part of Rosneft), a large-scale reconstruction of Victory Park in Nizhnevartovsk was carried out. The project was implemented within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement between Rosneft and the Government of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra.

Novokuibyshevsk Petrochemical Company (part of the Rosneft petrochemical complex) has launched production of a new asphalt-resin-paraffin deposit solvent. The product was developed by the company's technologists.

The solvent prevents and removes deposits from the walls of pipelines, tanks, compressor pipes, metal parts of pumping equipment. Asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits are a highly viscous mass of heavy oil components that settle on oilfield equipment and reduce the throughput of pipelines, the useful capacity of tanks, and can lead to a decrease in well flow rates. The main difficulty in combating such deposits is that their composition is unique at each field and it is not always possible to select a universal remedy to combat them.

The solvent of the Novokuibyshevsk Petrochemical Company is a composite mixture of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. After cleaning, it leaves a protective layer on surfaces that slows down the formation of new deposits. The effectiveness of the formulation has been confirmed by tests by scientists from the Middle Volga Research Institute of Oil Refining.

Rosneft's research geological expedition, organized jointly with the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M. V. Lomonosov as part of the Arctic Floating University program, has set off from the port of Tiksi. The expedition vessel Mikhail Somov will operate in the Laptev Sea in the area of the New Siberian Islands archipelago.

Specialists from Rosneft's Arctic Research Center will select rock samples to study their mineral composition, structure, origin, and spatial distribution.
