Rosneft, in conjunction with the Russian Traveler Awards 2025, established the "Auto Tourism. Horizons of Russia" category. The awards ceremony for the winners and runners-up took place in Moscow.

The "Autotourism. Horizons of Russia" category is designed for independent travelers who plan their routes through Rosneft gas stations.

The company actively supports the development of domestic tourism and is developing its own digital platform, "Horizons of Russia: Come with Us," which not only offers ready-made routes but also allows users to plan their own trips based on Rosneft's road infrastructure. Since 2023, the company, together with its partners, has already offered over 50 routes spanning 24 regions of the country.

The public vote for the "From the Center of Russia to the Heart of Parma" route, a journey from the Tambov Region to the Perm Krai, to locations that served as the backdrop for the feature film "The Heart of Parma," won the Rosneft category.

The 4,400-kilometer route passed through Ulyanovsk, Solikamsk, Perm, and Izhevsk, taking in dozens of local landmarks, natural, historical, and architectural monuments. A special prize from Rosneft for this unique route was awarded to the family of Sergey Forofontov, a rescuer from Tambov.

For the fourth year in a row, the Russian Traveler Awards celebrate the country's top tourism achievements, highlighting the most interesting things for travelers: from iconic landmarks and unique routes to distinctive traditions and vibrant holidays. The awards help reimagine Russia's tourism landscape and discover new destinations.

The final of the annual LADA Sport ROSNEFT eChampionship e-racing championship took place in Moscow with the support of Rosneft. The final races were broadcast live on the racing team's official social media accounts.

Rosneft actively supports the development of amateur and professional sports. Since 2015, the company has been the general sponsor of the LADA Sport ROSNEFT racing team.

The eSports racing championship kicked off in September 2025 and included five online stages, with racers from across the country competing. To participate, participants had to install a special program on their computer. The ten strongest eSports athletes qualified for the finals.

The final was held on professional racing simulators, and for the first time, in the "Race of Champions" format. After the qualifying rounds, a bracket was formed, with the winner determined in paired knockout matches.

Kirill Antonov from Tver won the final, confirming his status as the strongest for the second year in a row. The tournament's main prize—the right to participate in a real-life Russian Circuit Racing Series (RCRS) race in the LADA Sport ROSNEFT colors in the 2026 season—was awarded to Ivan Chekhov from Voronezh, the silver medalist. This is due to the eSports championship rules, which restrict the previous year's winner from participating in real-life RCRS races again. Kirill Antonov, the previous season's winner, had already made a successful debut at one of the RCRS rounds in 2025, finishing just short of the podium in his first race.

In the 2025 season, LADA Sport ROSNEFT became the country's best racing team for the fourth consecutive year, with driver Leonid Panfilov winning the Super Production class championship. Meanwhile, the LADA Sport ROSNEFT Junior karting team and its driver Yaroslav Shevyrtalov won the championship in their respective categories.

Over the years of cooperation with Rosneft, the LADA Sport ROSNEFT team has won 49 championship titles in various disciplines, including victory in the Silk Way Rally.

This collaboration brought a number of innovative products to the market: Pulsar-100 high-octane gasoline and Rosneft Magnum Racing motor oil. Since 2021, the LADA Sport ROSNEFT team has been using this motor oil, which provides enhanced engine protection under extreme racing conditions. Racetrack-tested technologies are now available to drivers—Pulsar fuel and Magnum Racing oil are available at Rosneft gas stations.

With the support of Rosneft, an immersive exhibition by People's Artist of the Russian Federation Nikas Safronov is opening in New Delhi, India. The exhibition, titled "Dream Vision," will be on view at the Lalit Kala Akademi National Academy of Arts from December 7 to 21.

The exhibition features 100 of the artist's finest works, including a series of paintings created specifically for the Indian public. Safronov's new canvases feature picturesque architectural views of Moscow and St. Petersburg alongside images of the Taj Mahal and other iconic Indian landmarks. All works are displayed across eight halls on two floors of the Academy of Arts, covering a total exhibition space of approximately 1,300 square meters.

The exhibition seamlessly blends classical painting with modern multimedia technologies. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by decorative elephant sculptures, hand-painted using traditional Russian techniques. The halls are entered through a multimedia corridor, where each viewer is accompanied by their own signature color trail, blending into the overall flow of color. Furthermore, visitors will see over 400 meters of LED screens featuring augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and immersive interaction throughout the exhibition.

The exhibition space integrates decorative solutions using robotics and animatronics. Huge flowers reflecting in the floor mirrors come to life for visitors, avatars from the past and future are created, and on the screen, a giant elephant strides from summer to winter – from a warm evening in Varanasi to the snow-covered walls of the Moscow Kremlin. Each room also features its own unique sound and aromatherapy environment.

The exhibition takes its name—Dream Vision—from Nikas Safronov's signature style of the same name, a number of which are featured in the paintings on display in India. This unique, patented technique allows the artist to create multi-layered canvases that blur the boundaries between reality and fiction.

From December 25, 2025 to January 15, 2026, an exhibition of Nikas Safronov's works will also be held in the Indian city of Mumbai.

Translation. Region: Russian Federation –

Source: Rosneft – An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

Volunteer Day is celebrated annually in Russia on December 5th. Rosneft enterprises host gatherings and meetings where the Company's volunteers summarize the volunteer movement's work over the past year, discuss plans for its development, and recognize the most outstanding activists.

Over 150 volunteers participated in the annual Volunteer Gathering at Bashneft Oil Company. The volunteers presented progress on the "Good Deeds Platform" program in 2025, shared their experiences, and discussed employee motivation for participating in initiatives. Volunteer project summaries and awards for the best volunteers were also held at Novokuibyshevsk Petrochemical Company, RN-Purneftegaz, Kharampurneftegaz, RN Severo-Zapad, and other enterprises.

Corporate volunteering plays a significant role in addressing socially significant issues in the regions where Rosneft operates and encompasses a variety of activities, including humanitarian, social, sports, and environmental issues.

Events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War became a key focus of the past year. Rosneft volunteers held over 1,670 events across the country aimed at preserving historical memory, strengthening ties between generations, and patriotism. Employees provided assistance and congratulated veterans, cleaned and repaired monuments and military graves, and conducted courage lessons at sponsored children's institutions and corporate museums. Young people from the "Movement of the First" supported many of the oil workers' initiatives. Around 4,000 children and teenagers from the Movement participated in the patriotic events.

The solemn "Candle of Memory" event, which brought together over 150 Samotlorneftegaz volunteers, symbolized the continuity of generations. At the memorial to fellow Samotlorneftegaz soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War, participants lit a thousand candles and formed them into the word "We Remember."

Tyumenneftegaz held more than 10 events. Among them was a courage lesson at the Polar Star educational center in the village of Tazovsky in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. During the courage lesson, volunteers told children from the Movement of the First, the Yunarmiya, cadets, and schoolchildren from the Seventieth Spring search squad about the historical events of the war years and the exploits of heroes born in Yamal.

Volunteers from Vostsibneftegaz and Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz took part in a cleanup at Krasnoyarsk's oldest necropolis, which is included in the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Sites. The staff tidied up the graves from the Great Patriotic War.

RN-Krasnodarneftegaz employees took part in cleaning up the burial sites of WWII veterans at Vsesvyatskoye Cemetery in Krasnodar.

Volunteers at the Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery published a collection of short stories, "A Feat Forever Inscribed in History," based on the memoirs of factory workers who served in the war and held literary readings for Novokuibyshevsk students and schoolchildren. The refiners created an online information portal featuring video stories and memoirs from the plant's veterans, along with archival documents and photographs. The refinery workers also organized a traveling exhibition dedicated to the plant's hero cities and veterans who participated in the Great Patriotic War.

Volunteers from the Novokuibyshevsk Petrochemical Company organized a cleanup of military graves and a bicycle ride with flower-laying at monuments and memorials dedicated to the Great Patriotic War.

The Angarsk Petrochemical Company's Museum of Labor Glory is working to preserve historical memory, foster civic responsibility in the city's younger generation, and host patriotic lectures by company veterans commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.

Volunteers also organized patriotic car and bike rides, planted alleys of fame in many cities, unfurled the 80-meter St. George ribbon, and visited war veterans.

In addition to events commemorating the anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, Rosneft continued to develop its large-scale corporate volunteer program, the "Good Deeds Platform." In 2025, more than 1,000 volunteer events were held at the Company's enterprises, involving 76,000 employees.

The Company's volunteers support children from family social centers, veterans, and people in difficult life situations. Oil workers actively participate in national and regional charity events for children. These include the interactive educational project "City of Safety," the "Get Your Child Ready for School" campaign, the "Box of Courage" campaign, and others.

Employees of the corporate scientific institute in Samara annually participate in supporting young patients in the Oncology, Hematology, and Chemotherapy Department of the Ivanova Hospital. Volunteers from the corporate institute in Ufa donated sets of toys, books, clothing, and shoes to low-income families and children in difficult circumstances.

The Syzran Oil Refinery successfully implements the "PRO-hobby" volunteer project. Volunteer employees conduct themed workshops in various areas, including safe skating with the company's national hockey and football teams, as well as decorating Christmas tree ornaments, and more. ROSPAN International volunteers held a "Kindness Fair," where they made jewelry, household items, paintings, and embroidery, which they exchanged for essential items at the fair for the institution they sponsor. Oil workers have been supporting the Novy Urengoy City Society for People with Disabilities for four years.

RN-Vankor supports the children of the Rostok Regional Family and Children's Center and the Raduga Rehabilitation Center. Staff members collect and donate books to the centers' libraries, prepare gifts for the children for Knowledge Day and New Year's, and hold community cleanups on the facilities' grounds in the spring and fall, renovating the buildings' interiors.

Over 2,000 Bashneft volunteers participated in the "School Gift," "Santa Claus's Gift," and "Rosneft's Christmas Tree" children's events, supporting 25 sponsored institutions. Various celebrations and performances are held for children in difficult life situations, they are invited to large-scale sporting and cultural events, they are visited at social institutions, and they receive stationery sets before the start of the school year and gifts for the New Year.

As part of the "Give a Child Summer" campaign, Komsomolsk Oil Refinery employees are collecting sports equipment, craft kits, and board games for the children at the sponsored Orphanage No. 20. They are also planting flowers in the playground's flower beds with the children.

Samara oil workers help children from large, low-income, and single-parent families. For Knowledge Day, oil workers donated stationery to the residents of the "Family" social assistance center in Samara's Oktyabrsky District. As part of the "Children of Donbas" charity event, volunteers collected gifts and held creative workshops. As part of the "Rosneft Christmas Tree" campaign, Samaraneftegaz employees are making dreams come true for residents of a social rehabilitation center for minors in the Samara Region.

Environmental volunteering is an integral part of the environmental initiatives of Rosneft subsidiaries. Every year, the Company's enterprises conduct public and natural area improvement campaigns and collect plastic bottle caps, waste paper, and batteries.

In 2025, the Company's subsidiaries recycled 1,000 tons of waste paper. Oil workers take a responsible approach to preserving the environment for future generations, and therefore annually participate in various environmental campaigns and cleanups of urban areas, waterfronts, recreation areas, and natural areas. Employees regularly replenish water resources in the regions where they operate with valuable fish species.

The Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery, the Saratov Oil Refinery, the Novokuibyshevsk Petrochemical Company, and Samatlorneftegaz organize annual plogging runs in popular recreation areas, combining running with cleanups. Family members, students from sponsored institutions, and representatives of the youth organization "Movement of the First" join the events.

Sakhalinmorneftegaz-Shelf volunteers conducted environmental campaigns at the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Botanical Garden, resulting in the creation of a new exhibit featuring rare plants—various varieties of conifers, Chinese redbud, maple, perennial anemone, a variety of peonies, and more.

Verkhnechonskneftegaz volunteers supported a large-scale environmental cleanup effort in the Pribaikalsky National Park. Near the village of Tonta (Olkhonsky District of the Pribaikalsky region), oil workers collected 8 tons of trash.

This year, more than 300 environmental initiatives were implemented, involving more than 30,000 Rosneft employees and their family members.

RN-Purneftegaz volunteers held a series of educational events for children, "Grains of Goodness," dedicated to the nature and animals of Yamal. Environmental education lessons introduced children to migratory and wintering birds and principles of caring for the environment through play.

Another area of volunteerism in which both adult employees and their children actively participate is helping animals in shelters. The companies regularly hold drives to collect food and care items for pets, and organize team trips to help clean the shelter grounds, repair enclosures, and walk the animals.

Volunteers from the Ryazan Oil Refinery Company, as part of the "Feed the Bison" campaign, delivered three tons of feed to the Oka State Nature Biosphere Reserve: apples, carrots, pumpkins, squash, and potatoes, essential for a balanced diet for these endangered animals during the cold season.

Young activists from the "Movement of the First" have become reliable supporters of Rosneft volunteers. Schoolchildren and teenagers eagerly respond to the call to participate in thematic and environmental projects.

Rosneft presented a new auto route, "Patterns of the Orenburg Winter."

Translation. Region: Russian Federation –

Source: Rosneft – An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

Rosneft and the Ministry of Economic Development, Investment, Tourism and Foreign Relations of the Orenburg Region presented a new tourist route "Patterns of the Orenburg winter".

The project presentation took place at a Bashneft gas station (part of Rosneft). Company representatives and tourism experts spoke about the historical landmarks, unique crafts of the region, and cultural and sports venues along the route. Guests of the gas station received prizes for correctly answering a themed quiz, which would be useful during their winter travels.

Rosneft actively supports initiatives to develop domestic tourism and creates comfortable conditions for travelers by car, improving the quality of services at its gas stations and actively developing roadside services.

The 294-kilometer route runs from the regional capital along the snow-capped mountain slopes of Eastern Orenburg to the Kuvandyksky District. Six Bashneft gas stations are conveniently located along the route, where tourists can fill up with guaranteed-quality fuel, relax comfortably, and purchase essentials for the journey, including locally produced goods.

Car enthusiasts can begin their journey with a visit to the "Orenburg Downy Shawl" gallery, which carefully preserves the history and culture of down knitting. The exhibition features weightless downy shawls and shawls that can be threaded through a ring. Inspired by the designs, guests can take part in creative workshops and educational lectures dedicated to the symbol of the Orenburg region.

The next stop on the route is the House of Down Fashion – a creative space and workshop where the traditions of an ancient craft, originating in the 18th century, are embodied in modern accessories, souvenirs, and clothing.

At the National Village cultural complex, travelers can learn about the history, culture, and customs of the region's ethnic groups. The open-air museum features 10 farmsteads, each built in the traditions of the region's ethnic groups.

Further east in the region, tourists can visit the Orenburg Down Farms eco-farm and learn how the famous shawls are made from goat down. During the tour, you can see down goats bred from local breeds, learn about the down processing and thread production process, try your hand at spinning yarn, and, under the guidance of experienced craftswomen, knit a piece of an authentic Orenburg shawl.

Krasnaya Gora, a charming tourist destination in the Saraktash district of the region, is the next stop on the route. The 18th-century fortress set was built for the filming of A.S. Pushkin's "The Captain's Daughter" and "The History of Pugachev." Krasnaya Gora offers picturesque views of the surrounding area, the river at its foot, and the village of Saraktash. A striking landmark of this village is the Holy Trinity Monastery of Mercy, a grandiose ecclesiastical and architectural complex.

The route then passes through a picturesque landscape where the endless steppes flow smoothly into the Ural foothills—the beginning of Russia's legendary "Stone Belt." This chain of ancient hills, reminiscent of the back of a steppe dragon from above, has become a tourist attraction, featuring the famous "Seven Peaks of the Ural Steppe" hiking trail.

The final destination is the multifunctional ski resort "Kuvandyk 365." Translated from Bashkir, "kuvandyk" means "valley of happiness." The resort's slopes offer 11 trails of varying lengths, suitable for beginners and experienced skiers and snowboarders. The gentle and wide slopes are comfortable for learning and family skiing. The complex also features an ice rink and a snow park with professional freestyle tracks.

"Patterns of Orenburg Winter" is the fifth tourist route developed by Rosneft jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development, Investment, Tourism, and Foreign Relations of the Orenburg Region. In 2024, as part of the "Horizons of Russia" project, the interregional route "Power of Nature" from Orenburg to Ufa and "Relic Pearl" from the regional capital to the Buzuluk Forest were launched. This year, the routes "Steppe Stories" from Buzuluk to Aksakovo and "Ural Wind" from Samara to Orenburg were presented.

Rosneft automates integrated oil production management

Translation. Region: Russian Federation –

Source: Rosneft – An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

Rosneft specialists have developed an innovative oil production management model within the RN-Predix. Saturn information system.

The key feature of the software prototype is the collection of real-time data on wells, pipelines, and oil, gas, and water treatment facilities. The model automatically performs multivariate calculations in near-real time and determines optimal operating parameters for the entire production chain.

The model's main advantages over similar models, including foreign ones, are the ability to work with daily data and forecast production conditions up to a month in advance. This allows for assessing changes in oil production volumes.

The innovation's high productivity is achieved not so much by its unique software code, but by a fundamentally new approach to modeling. The software treats the deposit as a single entity, not as a collection of individual elements. This allows for optimal solutions to be found for the entire system, not just its individual components.

The development was tested at production wells at the Oryebashskoye field. Using the integrated model at 12 wells, it was possible to increase daily oil production by 10%.

In 2026-2027, it is planned to replicate the model at other Company fields.

The RN-Predix. Saturn automated oil field management system is a unique example of the synergy between modern domestic digital solutions, advanced software, and the expertise of Rosneft specialists. The project's advanced solutions, for the first time in the industry, cover all key oil production and logistics processes, from wellheads through transportation and treatment systems to oil delivery to the Company's refineries and consumers via the main pipeline system.
