TEHRAN, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) — Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on Tuesday warned against nuclear talks with the United States under the current circumstances, saying it would not serve the Islamic Republic's national interests.

UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) — Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Tuesday pledged to work with all parties to further implement the Global Development Initiative and accelerate the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to boost global development.

LILONGWE, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) — Malawi's Electoral Commission is expected to announce the winner of the presidential race after the general election held on September 16.
