BEIJING, October 17 (Xinhua) — China's fiscal revenue rose 0.5 percent year-on-year to 16.39 trillion yuan (about 2.31 trillion U.S. dollars) in the first nine months of 2025, according to data released by the Ministry of Finance on Friday.

Ulaanbaatar, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) — Mongolia's State Great Khural (parliament) on Friday adopted a resolution to remove Prime Minister Gombojavyn Zandanshatar from office.

BEIJING, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) — East China's Shandong Province's trade with countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative grew 9.2 percent year-on-year to 1.68 trillion yuan (about 236.6 billion U.S. dollars) in the first three quarters of 2025, accounting for 64.2 percent of the province's total foreign trade during the same period, local media reported, citing a source at a press conference held Thursday by the Shandong Provincial People's Government Information Office.

In particular, exports amounted to 917.35 billion yuan, an increase of 10.1 percent year-on-year, and imports amounted to 762.33 billion yuan, an increase of 8.2 percent.

During the reporting period, Shandong Province recorded an increase in trade turnover with 128 Belt and Road countries, 34 more than in the same period last year, with 109 of these countries experiencing double-digit growth.
