BEIJING, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) — During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025), the total length of railways in operation across China increased by 12.8 percent from 146,300 km to 165,000 km, the China State Railway Corporation (CSRC) said Sunday.

BEIJING, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) — The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment said Sunday that China's capital recorded only one day of severe air pollution in 2025, down 98.3 percent from 58 days in 2013.
