New Delhi, November 10 (Xinhua) — At least eight people were killed in a car bombing that occurred in New Delhi on Monday evening, and several others were seriously injured and taken to a local hospital, Aaj Tak television reported.

SHANGHAI, November 10 (Xinhua) — The 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) concluded on Monday. One-year preliminary contracts worth a total of $83.49 billion were signed, up 4.4 percent from the previous expo and setting a new record, the CIIE Bureau reported.

The EXPO business exhibition space, where 4,108 companies from 138 countries and regions were represented, exceeded 367,000 square meters. This is a new historical maximum in both scale and number of participants.

Almaty, November 10 (Xinhua) — Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), Kazakhstan's national railway company, is taking measures to stabilize transportation at the Saryagash border crossing, through which a significant portion of Kazakhstan's exports to Central Asian countries passes. The start of the mass transportation season has reportedly led to temporary disruptions in freight traffic. A back-up of over 8,400 railcars has been recorded on the approaches to Saryagash station, due to delays in receiving trains by Uzbek Railways.

BANGKOK, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) — Thai Prime Minister Anuthin Chanvirakoon on Monday ordered the suspension of the joint peace declaration with Cambodia following a landmine explosion that injured two Thai soldiers near the Thai-Cambodian border.

St. Petersburg, November 10 (Xinhua) — Five fuel oil cars derailed during shunting operations at the Apatity station in Russia's Murmansk region on Monday, the October Railway press service reported.
