Moscow, November 28 (Xinhua) — A partnership conference dedicated to the development of the Russian-Chinese digital platform "Molniya" was held at the World Trade Center in Moscow on Friday.

The Molniya digital ecosystem is a super-app for international cooperation between Russia and China.

Mikhail Tolpyshkin, CEO of Molniya, the company that developed the app, noted: "Russia has never had such a super app before. We had separate messengers that solved specific problems, but an app that includes payment systems, a marketplace, and a social layer—never existed before."

St. Petersburg, November 28 (Xinhua) — In the first nine months of 2025, Russia's recoverable oil and condensate reserves increased by 80.5 million tons, TASS reported on Friday, citing the Russian Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra).

Meanwhile, natural gas reserves increased by 450 billion cubic meters. Answering a question on the matter at a regular press briefing, Mao Ning recalled that the so-called "San Francisco Peace Treaty" was concluded as a separate peace treaty with Japan without the participation of major parties to World War II, such as China and the Soviet Union.

BEIJING, November 28 (Xinhua) — China's international trade in goods and services reached nearly 4.29 trillion yuan (about 604.1 billion U.S. dollars) in October, according to official data released Friday by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.

Exports of goods totaled approximately 2.16 trillion yuan, while imports exceeded 1.52 trillion yuan. This resulted in a surplus of 641.3 billion yuan.

BISSAU, November 28 (Xinhua) — Guinea-Bissau's transitional President Horta N'Tam signed a presidential decree in the country's capital, Bissau, on Friday appointing Ilidio Vieira Te as prime minister and concurrently finance minister.

JAKARTA, November 28 (Xinhua) — The death toll from floods and landslides that ravaged Indonesia's Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra provinces has risen to 174, with 79 people still missing and 12 injured, the country's National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) reported on Friday.

As the head of the Suharyanto agency stated at a press briefing, the highest number of casualties has been recorded in North Sumatra province: 116 people have died and 42 are missing. He added that access to several affected areas remains difficult due to damaged roads and ongoing mudslides, which is slowing rescue operations.
