In two months, the Summer in Moscow project has united 30 million residents and guests on the city streets, Sergei Sobyanin said earlier. The sites can host creative workshops, games and competitions, musical performances, exercise or yoga classes, lectures, seminars and other events.

How to rent a site

To book, you need to log in via Mos ID (an account on the mos.ru portal), select the desired date and time, fill out an application, indicating your personal data, phone number and email, information about the organizer. If it is a legal entity, you will need to write the organizational and legal form, company name and TIN.

Then you should add information about the event (type, name) and indicate age restrictions, as well as briefly describe it. The corresponding marks should be made if registration of visitors is assumed and if the event is paid.

The application will be reviewed within 48 hours, no later than 72 hours before the expected start time of the event. If there are no comments, a notification with confirmation, booking and venue details, and instructions on further actions will be sent to the email address specified when submitting the application. After approval, the announcement will appear in the poster on the project page "Summer in Moscow".

How to apply to hold an event within the framework of the Summer in Moscow project

When booking a time, it is worth considering that you need to have time not only to hold the event itself, but also to prepare the site before it starts and have time to vacate it for the next tenants. If the application states that participation is paid, the number of people is limited, or pre-registration is required, then the organizer must control all these aspects.

Specialists from the city services complex have completed 50 percent of the work on landscaping the territory of the Vinogradovo estate in the northeast of the capital, said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Public Utilities and Landscaping Petr Biryukov.

"This year we are putting in order part of the territory of the Vinogradovo estate in the Dolgie Prudy nature reserve. This territory is a cultural heritage site, so its special protected status was taken into account when developing the project. As part of the work, we will preserve the historical appearance and planning composition of the park as much as possible, while adapting the space for modern use," noted Petr Biryukov.

Workers are installing eco-trails behind the front area of the estate and near the Maly Dolgy Pond, installing lanterns and replacing fences. They are also building a sports cluster with a skate park, a multi-purpose field for playing mini-football and volleyball, and a workout zone.

According to Petr Biryukov, the main task is to make the territory accessible to residents, provide them with the opportunity for comfortable rest and ensure maximum preservation of the planning structure and garden and park elements. Residential buildings for the implementation of the renovation program with a total area of almost 360 thousand square meters will be built as part of the redevelopment of four sites in Cheryomushki. The sites will be reorganized under the program of integrated development of territories (IDT). This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.

"Under the KRT program, it is planned to redevelop four sites on Kakhovka and Khersonska streets, as well as on Nauchnyi proezd and on the site of the former industrial zone "Quarter 25a of the Cheremushki district". On the territory of 11.6 hectares, new buildings will appear for the implementation of the renovation program with a total area of almost 360 thousand square meters and public and business infrastructure facilities. From August 8 to 17, 2025, the Skolkovo Innovation Center will host the Drone Garage exhibition and competition of technological solutions. This is part of the project-educational intensive course Archipelago 2025 at the international forum Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future. The event will be held as part of the forum-festival Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030.

"Drone Garage" will unite about 100 teams from more than 30 regions of Russia. Startups, student and scientific project groups, as well as specialized companies with serial production will take part in the exhibition-competition. Among them are the organization "Kaisant" with one of the best communication systems and the company "Gorny-TsOT" with high-quality brushless motors of domestic production, which have already proven themselves in the industry of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

The exhibition-competition will be located in the hemisphere of the Central Park of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. Flight zones will be allocated nearby for the contestants to confirm the declared technical characteristics of the products.

The goal of the project is to identify and support talented initiatives that contribute to the technological development of Russia. Participants will present projects that solve current industry problems and test them. The best of them will receive certificates confirming technical characteristics.

“Drone Garage is a unique platform where everyone who develops the UAS industry meets — from experienced developers with finished products to enthusiasts whose ideas are just beginning to take shape. We have specifically created three leagues of participants to be open to everyone — for companies that are already bringing their projects to market, for startups looking for a path to scaling, and even for small “garage” teams with promising projects that are yet to become startups and, perhaps, change the industry,” said Polina Mozgaleva, Deputy Director of the Competence Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems of the ANO “University of the National Technological Initiative 2035”.

The competition accepts projects aimed at introducing, improving and expanding the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in industry and everyday life. Persons over 14 years of age can participate, both individually and in teams.

Development areas: designs (original design solutions for improving UAV flight characteristics), software packages (development of a unique software package or individual functions), modifications and modules (improvement of UAV designs, creation of original modules) and other innovative projects in the field of UAS.

The competition is held in two stages. During the correspondence stage (until July 20), experts evaluated projects based on technical requirements, relevance and novelty. During the in-person stage (August 8–17), finalists will present their solutions and demonstrate their functionality. Projects that successfully pass the testing of the declared characteristics will receive a confirmation certificate. In 2024, 39 of the 44 technological solutions that passed the selection were awarded.

The International Forum "Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future" will be held in Moscow for the first time from August 7 to 17 on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. It will bring together leading experts, developers, manufacturers and exporters from more than 30 countries. The event will include a project-based educational intensive course "Archipelago 2025", a business program with a discussion of current industry topics, drone competitions and the international pilot championship "Moscow Mayor's Cup". During the first half of 2025, capital customers held more than two thousand joint quotation sessions onSuppliers portal.

This format allowed the city's institutions to save almost 500 million rubles. This was reported by Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.

"The format of joint quotation sessions on the supplier portal allows customers to join purchases initiated by other institutions in the same region. Large purchases attract more suppliers, which increases competition between them and allows saving budget funds. In January-June of this year, more than two thousand joint purchases worth 1.2 billion rubles took place on the portal, which is 35 percent higher than the figure for the same period last year. As a result, the city saved 486 million rubles – 73 percent more than in the first half of 2024," said Maria Bagreeva.

The opportunity for Moscow customers to participate in joint purchases appeared onSuppliers portal in autumn 2023. The organizer of the quotation session must specify the format "Joint purchase" and invite one or more customers from their region who need goods from the same category. The purchase will be available for publication after each customer specifies the quantity of products they need.

"The largest share in the volume of joint purchases — 309.2 million rubles — was for construction goods. Household goods and appliances came in second place — they were purchased for 123.8 million rubles.
