The construction of the Moscow city railway station Begovaya continues on the border of the Khoroshevsky and Presnensky districts. As of today, its readiness exceeds 62 percent. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.

In 2019, Begovaya station became part of the first Moscow Central Diameter (MCD-1) "Belorussko-Savelovsky" and was improved, but the rapidly growing passenger flow required large-scale reconstruction.

An overground pedestrian crossing over the tracks of the fourth Moscow Central Diameter (MCD-4) is planned to be built in the Western Administrative District by the end of 2030. "A new safe pedestrian crossing over the MCD-4 tracks will appear in the Ochakovo-Matveyevskoye area. It will be located between buildings 10 and 12 on Bolshaya Ochakovskaya Street. The overground crossing will be 135 meters long. For the convenience of pedestrians, including people with limited mobility, two staircases with ramps and elevators are provided.
