The total area of the landscaped territory is 4.2 hectares. 24 sports equipment will be installed here — workout complexes and exercise machines for different muscle groups. 15 small architectural forms will appear on the playgrounds — these are seesaws, sand yards, swings, carousels and the "Airship" play complex, which has no analogues in the city. 102 pieces of street furniture will also be installed here, including benches, trash bins and chess tables.

Since 2022, the city has been using a pricing mechanism based on expertise and has introduced a unified system for managing the purchase of equipment for improvement facilities and monitoring this process.
