Open days have begun in the new complex of the St. Vladimir Children's City Clinical Hospital. Residents of the capital can be the first to see one of the most modern and high-tech medical institutions in the country from the inside, inspect the wards of a new level of comfort, and look into innovative operating rooms. This was reported by Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.

"Today we are launching tours of the new complex of the St. Vladimir Children's Hospital for everyone so that Muscovites can see for themselves the high quality of medical care available to the capital's young residents. This is high-tech equipment, including 15 innovative operating rooms, a center for gravitational blood surgery, wards with the possibility of joint stay of children and parents, play areas, cozy rest rooms and clear navigation so that treatment takes place in the most calm and friendly atmosphere. Young guests can expect a special program with bright performances and prizes. Children will be able to learn in a playful way how to take care of their health, why it is important to eat right and exercise. We hope that these tours will help children overcome their fear of doctors and form the right attitude towards their health," said Anastasia Rakova.

The tours will be held until September 11 at the address: Matrosskaya Tishina Street, Building 12a on weekdays from 2:00 PM to 6:20 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM. Admission is free, bypre-registration.

Guests will be met by employees of the My Documents government service centers. Visitors will be able to view the computer tomography room, halls, the main atrium, the cardiovascular and thoracic surgery departments, and play areas.

"When constructing the new six-story hospital complex, we used energy-efficient technologies and modern architectural solutions. One of the main features of the facility is three glass atriums more than 30 meters high, creating a light and open space. Inside, everything was equipped with medical logistics in mind, so that diagnostic and treatment procedures will be carried out under one roof, and patients do not have to move between buildings. A helipad was placed on the roof, allowing emergency patients to be delivered," said the head of the Moscow City Civil Engineering Department.

Alexey Alexandrov.

The hospital is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, including computer and magnetic resonance imaging devices, as well as an angiograph. Clinical diagnostic, bacteriological and pathomorphological laboratories allow for a full range of studies for accurate diagnosis and selection of optimal treatment tactics.

In 2023–2024, the hospital's surgeons performed about 29,000 operations, including more than 4,400 endoscopic ones. For the first time in Russia, unique operations were performed here to treat congenital malformations of the bladder and compression-distraction osteosynthesis of the lower jaw.

The Children's City Clinical Hospital of St. Vladimir, founded in 1876, is one of the largest multidisciplinary children's hospitals in Moscow. The hospital provides specialized care in 15 areas, including areas unique to the capital's healthcare: gravitational blood surgery, maxillofacial and thoracic surgery, and pediatric urology-andrology.

High pressure gas pipeline under construction in Krasnopakhorsky district

Translation. Region: Russian Federal

Source: Moscow Government – Government of Moscow –

An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

About 40 percent of construction and installation works have already been completed as part of the implementation of one of the largest projects of Mosgaz JSC in the gas supply system of the Troitsky administrative district. Construction of the high-pressure gas pipeline on the site in the village of Krasnaya Pakhra began with preparatory work in November 2024, and installation and welding of the pipe began in January 2025.

The gas pipeline is mainly laid using an open method, however, at the intersections with existing utility networks, highways and other infrastructure facilities, a closed method is used using trenchless technologies. For the convenience of residents, the technological process takes place without interfering with the existing gas supply system, which allows completely avoiding gas outages in homes.

The gas pipeline is being built taking into account increased requirements for reliability and durability. Specialists use steel structures. The total length of the new section is about six kilometers. To enable prompt localization of the gas flow, if necessary, the route is equipped with shut-off devices with electric drives. They are connected to an automated remote control system. This allows real-time monitoring of the gas pipeline status and immediate response to any emergency situations directly from the central control room of Mosgaz JSC.

The work is planned to be completed in 2026. The construction of the gas pipeline is a key part of a large-scale program for the development of the engineering infrastructure of the Troitsky Administrative District. The work is being carried out along the Kaluga Highway, mainly along existing technical corridors, which minimizes the impact on the environment and avoids crossing specially protected natural areas. The gas pipeline will become part of a system-forming network that will ensure reliable and uninterrupted gas supply to new and developing areas of the district.

More than 70 kilometers of gas pipelines have been built and reconstructed in Moscow since the beginning of the year

The Moscow Guarantee Fund provides comprehensive assistance to entrepreneurs in attracting credit funds

Translation. Region: Russian Federal

Source: Moscow Government – Government of Moscow –

An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

Moscow Guarantee Fund has started providing the service credit brokerage for entrepreneurs. This service allows you to select and arrange bank financing. And the fund's specialists act as intermediaries between the business and the bank.

They analyze the organization’s situation, check for compliance with current preferential programs, select a suitable financial instrument, help prepare documents and support the entire process until the loan is approved.

The credit brokerage format involves supporting businesses throughout the entire process of raising funds – from submitting an initial request for financing to approval of the application by the bank.

To use the service, an entrepreneur must contactfunding assistance center, indicate the taxpayer identification number (TIN) of the company and the purpose of attracting the loan. After that, specialists will conduct an express assessment and, if necessary, use prescoring service on the fund's website to quickly check the business parameters. At the next stage, they will select possible financing options, including preferential programs and the fund's guarantee, and then help to form a package of documents. Then the application will be sent to the bank, where they will continue to support it until a decision is made.

The service is provided free of charge and is aimed at both existing companies and start-up entrepreneurs who plan to attract funds for business development, investments or replenishment of working capital. Previously, support was provided in the form of individual consultations: specialists helped at different stages – from selecting a program to interaction with the bank. This experience became the basis for a new comprehensive credit brokerage service.

An example is the company "Mir IT" – a manufacturer of telecommunications equipment. Its representatives contacted the center to sort out issues of obtaining a loan guarantee. The specialists helped to build interaction with the bank and the fund, explained the stages in detail and supported the company at all key stages of the transaction. As a result, the process was as transparent as possible and without unnecessary delays, and the organization received approval of the loan transaction from both the bank and the fund. This allowed it to confidently continue developing projects.

Another example is the Rusinvest company, which contacted the center for advice on preferential lending programs. The specialists studied the company's finances, drew attention to the client's trademark, and as a result, suggested using a preferential program secured by intellectual property. Subsequently, the entrepreneur repeatedly consulted the center on this program, and the result of the work was the conclusion of a loan agreement. This allowed the company to replace more expensive loans with preferential financing and significantly reduce interest expenses. According to the results of 2024, its revenue doubled compared to 2023.

The Moscow Guarantee Fund is an organization subordinate to the capital Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development. You can get detailed information about the current financial support measures from the fund's specialists at the business lending assistance center. Here, entrepreneurs will be told about the features, conditions and criteria of the programs, and will also be recommended banks taking into account the specifics of the projects. Free consultation is available on weekdays by phone at 7 495 926-26-95, as well as aton the foundation's website.

Support for entrepreneurs is provided within the framework of the federal project “Small and medium entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative”, which is part of the national project "Efficient and competitive economy".
