In the Donetsk People's Republic, Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev handed over equipment to commanders and service members of the Russian army on the front lines of the special military operation. New weapons and vehicles were received, among others, by personnel from units of the Eastern Military District, soldiers of the 55th Guards Marine Division, and volunteers from the Far East.

"We're bringing equipment and technology to the front in the special military operation zone that meets the needs of our soldiers. Some items are in greater demand. For example, we recently met with the commander of the Eastern Military District. He spoke highly of the delivery of all-terrain vehicles. This suggests that they're in high demand right now. This is natural. It's spring now, and the ground is quite unstable. Of course, all-terrain vehicles help the guys move around and get to any necessary point. We need a lot of drones. Drones are a general term. What matters is the specific drone, its capabilities, and how it can accomplish the tasks facing the soldiers. We're constantly testing everything related to unmanned aerial vehicles. Fiber-optic drones are currently the most widely used. All this work is ongoing. And it will continue as long as there's a need for our guys to fight in this territory," said Yuri Trutnev.

Some of the donated equipment came from Far Eastern companies, including residents of the Patriotic Advanced Development Area. The troops received 59 all-terrain vehicles from the Yakut company Yakt-Sokol, 1,000 "Shershen" FPV drones from the Khabarovsk company KhabInnoTech, and 500 FPV drones from the Trans-Baikal design bureau Veter.

During working visits to the Far Eastern regions, Yuri Trutnev, along with staff from the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, regularly visits enterprises located in the Patriotic Priority Development Area (PTA). The Deputy Prime Minister inspects production facilities, familiarizes himself with the performance characteristics of products, and makes adjustments based on feedback from Air Defense Forces personnel. Products supplied to the front are selected through a competitive process. Selected samples undergo mandatory testing under combat-like conditions.

"I'm from the Far East myself. I've been serving as a volunteer for five months. I always say that volunteers sign not only a contract with the Ministry of Defense, but also a contract with their conscience. Our unit is a leader among other volunteer units in UAV operations. We do a lot of work involving the destruction of enemy personnel, heavy weapons, and equipment. Yuri Petrovich doesn't come to the SVO just for show. I used to observe this from the sidelines when I was a volunteer. Now, being here, I can say that everything presented here is needed by the front," said Bogdan Bulychev (call sign Taskan), deputy commander of the BARS-8 "Khabarovsk" volunteer unit.

Yuri Trutnev met with volunteers serving in UAV units in the recently liberated city of Hulyaipole. The Plenipotentiary Representative personally inspected the operation of the control and observation post and the control center, assessed the work of the Far Eastern soldiers, and spoke with the unit's commander, Alexei Garazha (call sign Kuban). The deputy commander briefed the Deputy Prime Minister on the development of UAV operations and the implementation of new programs.

The meeting took place 3.5 kilometers from the line of contact, where active fighting is currently underway. Before the group's departure, the unit's mobile air defense units detected and destroyed several Ukrainian attack and reconnaissance drones.

"I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to Yuri Petrovich for his responsiveness and attention to the soldiers' needs. He delivers the items needed at the front and relevant today. Technological development is so rapid in this war that many often fall behind. Yuri Petrovich listens attentively and hears what the soldiers are saying, and provides everything necessary to accomplish assigned combat missions in the SVO zone," noted Alexey Garazha, commander of the BARS-8 "Khabarovsk" volunteer detachment.

"Delivering modern equipment and gear to the front is crucial. It saves soldiers' lives. The war is currently undergoing a technological leap, and we must keep pace with this evolution. The fact that we've been supplied with new semiautomatic rifles is a huge benefit for convenience, quality, and operational efficiency, as well as increased soldier safety. We weren't just given a rifle; we were given a fully assembled system. Simply put, take it and use it 'out of the box.' Soldiers are always happy to receive any assistance. Modern systems and sights make our work more effective. And the guys, having tried out the new weapons, are eager to go to the front to demonstrate their skills in combat and set records at long range," shared Triglav, a soldier and supervisor of sniper units at the 9th Separate Rifle Brigade.

Additionally, seven robotic ground systems, domestically produced sniper systems and ammunition, motor vehicles, including two armored Nivas, reconnaissance UAVs, optical surveillance and reconnaissance equipment, thermal imaging sights, electronic warfare equipment, smoothbore guns for combating drones, and ammunition for them were transferred to the front lines.

"We will fight until our shared victory. Many of our fellow civil servants, including those from the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative in the Far Eastern Federal District, the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, and the Far Eastern regional administrations, have volunteered for the front lines, defending our country's interests. Every trip to the DPR is an opportunity to provide them with equipment and supplies so they can continue defending the Motherland," said Yuri Trutnev.

Order No. 645-r of March 28, 2026

The government continues its systematic work to develop regulatory and organizational measures to protect citizens from low-quality products, support bona fide entrepreneurs, and minimize the impact of the shadow market on the country's socioeconomic situation. These areas form the basis of the new Strategy for Combating Illegal Trafficking of Industrial Products, designed for the period up to 2030. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the order approving it.

The strategy was developed as a follow-up to a similar document in effect until 2025. It includes an analysis of the results achieved in this area over the past five years, assesses the current situation, and identifies pressing issues and mechanisms for addressing them.

The strategy also presents an action plan aimed at improving legislation in the area of combating illegal product trafficking and developing new measures to combat it.

Specifically, as part of the strategy's implementation, proposals will be developed to amend current legislation to strengthen administrative and criminal penalties for offenses related to the circulation of drugs, medical devices, and dietary supplements, for the illegal issuance and forgery of prescriptions and other documents authorizing the receipt of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, and for transporting livestock without accompanying veterinary documentation. Proposals will also be developed to eliminate the possibility of conducting grain declaration testing in unaccredited laboratories, to develop procedures for the placement of drinking water distribution facilities, and to establish a system of state oversight over the placement and operation of such facilities.

To develop state systems for traceability of industrial products at all stages of the life cycle, it is planned to expand the list of certain types of food products in consumer packaging subject to mandatory labeling, and to ensure the integration of the federal state information system for plant quarantine and the federal state information system for the forestry complex.

It is also proposed to expand the list of risk indicators for violations of mandatory requirements based on information from the state information system for monitoring the circulation of goods subject to mandatory labeling. This will improve the risk-based approach used in oversight activities.

Furthermore, there are plans to organize regular studies to identify violations of mandatory requirements for online sales, establish uniform, standardized methodologies for field market research to determine the share of illegal product trafficking, and conduct such studies across various product groups. These include light industry products, footwear, children's and sporting goods, packaged water, medical devices, pet food, perfumes and eau de toilette, tobacco products, automotive products and parts, tires and pneumatic tires, and bicycles and frames. As a result of the strategy's implementation, the share of illegal trafficking in such goods should decrease severalfold by 2030, to 0.4% for certain product groups.

The final (interregional) stage of the 2026 All-Russian Professional Skills Championship "Professionals" has begun. Approximately 7,000 regional stage winners from across the country will participate. The competition will be held in 31 regions and at the sites of 14 partner companies.

"The 'Professionals' movement, which we are developing as part of the 'Youth and Children' national project, at the behest of President Vladimir Putin, gives young people the opportunity to demonstrate their professional skills and take the first steps toward building a successful career. Importantly, over 10,000 companies and enterprises support the 'Professionals' movement participants. They have already offered over 50,000 internships and job openings to competitors. I wish everyone healthy competition, excellent results, and for the mentors, more reasons to be happy and proud!" said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

The final (interregional) stage of the Professionals championship in professional skills in 2026 will involve 268 competencies in the "main" category and 123 competencies in the "junior" category.

"The final (interregional) stage of the championship is crucial for the development of the secondary vocational education system. It provides an opportunity to compare the skill levels of the competitors and showcase best practices in training. The "Professionals" championship is a platform for teacher professional development and the exchange of experiences. This stage brings together the best of the best from each region. All the winners are here, and each competitor has already taken a confident step toward a successful career," said Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov.

The competition will run until April 30 at regional venues and until August 21 at the venues of 14 partner companies, including, as usual, Rostec State Corporation, Roscosmos State Corporation, Russian Railways, Deria Graphics, Kolyma Shipping Company, Lukoil-Western Siberia, and others. Most of these companies are combining the championship events with corporate competitions for company specialists. This provides additional impetus for the development of professional skills among students—future company employees—and promotes better integration between the education and business systems.

"Traditionally, the final (interregional) stage events will be held at federal vocational education technology parks, which serve as flagships of the secondary vocational education system. The Kaluga technology park will host 10 competencies, while the Nizhny Novgorod park will host four. These venues integrate best practices in training, ensuring companies' direct involvement in training specialists and a genuine interest in each talented student. Together with the regions and leading Russian industry leaders, we are creating a space where young professionals can not only make a name for themselves but also confidently launch into their careers," noted Sergei Kozhevnikov, Rector of the Institute for the Development of Professional Education.

The "Professionals" movement aims to support talented youth, strengthen human resources, and ensure Russia's technological leadership. It was organized with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education. The federal operator is the Institute for the Development of Professional Education.

First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov and Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova attended a meeting of the organizing committee for the Kaliningrad Region's 80th anniversary celebrations, which was held at the National Center "Russia." Also present at the event were co-chair of the organizing committee, First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Kiriyenko; Minister of Sport Mikhail Degtyarev; Presidential Aide and Chairman of the Russian Military Historical Society Vladimir Medinsky; Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov; Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut; Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko; and Minister of Education and Science Valery Falkov.

Kaliningrad Region Governor Alexey Besprozvannykh presented a program for preparing and holding the region's 80th anniversary celebrations, including a five-year infrastructure program.

"Last May, we discussed the basic concept and key milestones for celebrating the Kaliningrad Region's 80th anniversary. Since then, the region has completed a significant amount of work to flesh out and detail a very broad anniversary program. It is rich in cultural, educational, and social events, and also includes the implementation of a number of significant infrastructure projects. Thanks to the efforts of the Governor and my colleagues in the Government, many capital-intensive projects have been included in federal programs. Certain areas still require funding through sponsorship. Work in this area has also been organized, and today the results will be reflected in the signing of a number of agreements with major companies and corporations. This is an important step toward ensuring that the anniversary program's legacy is extensive and tangible," said Denis Manturov, adding that, in addition to financial support, it is important to utilize all administrative resources.

On the sidelines of the meeting, the Kaliningrad Region government signed cooperation agreements with the state-owned corporation Rosatom, Sberbank, Renova Group, and AFK Sistema. Key areas of joint work will include assistance in creating necessary infrastructure in the region, restoring capital construction and renovation projects, and improving the city's urban landscape.

"For us, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Kaliningrad Region is not only a federal event but also another opportunity to give new impetus to the region's development: to unlock its tourism potential, draw attention to key historical events, and, above all, remind people of the inviolability of the results of the Great Patriotic War and the inadmissibility of attempts to rewrite history. Today, more than a million of our citizens live in the Kaliningrad Region. Over the past five years, the region's population has grown by 1.4%. The President and the Government are doing everything necessary to ensure the region's dynamic development, and to ensure that people here have a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, study, work, and, of course, raise children," noted Tatyana Golikova.

"In preparation for the 80th anniversary, in accordance with the President's instructions, we initially agreed on the following approach: on the one hand, celebrating the 80th anniversary is a tribute to and pride in the history of the Kaliningrad Region's liberation and the region's revival after the Great Patriotic War, and on the other, it is an opportunity to showcase how the region is doing today. Today's achievements are very important, but it's also crucial not to forget the veterans, including those of the Great Patriotic War, the Special Military Operation, and the labor veterans who revived the Kaliningrad Region. But the anniversary is also addressed to the younger generation: it's about both the development and the future of the Kaliningrad Region," emphasized Sergei Kiriyenko.

The regional renewal program includes more than 500 projects, and the events program includes more than 450 events.

"The changes will affect all 22 municipalities in the region and are reflected in the '80–85' infrastructure transformation program, developed jointly with residents of the region. Its key objective is to ensure balanced development throughout the Kaliningrad Region. The program includes infrastructure development and improvement projects. Most of them have been funded, and some are already underway," said Alexey Besprozvannykh.

The program included the construction of social facilities, the reconstruction of public utilities, major road repairs, the construction of beach retention and coastal protection structures, and the modernization of public transportation. The projects are integrated into existing federal and regional programs, most have received funding, and many are already being implemented.

The total funding volume is at least 30 billion rubles annually, including approximately 7 billion rubles for landscaping in municipalities.

A large-scale modernization of the city's public utilities infrastructure is underway in Berdyansk, Zaporizhia Oblast. This includes water treatment facilities, a water pumping station, and four main water pipelines, which are 95% deteriorated. Specialists have already begun upgrading sections of two water pipelines, totaling nearly 6 km in length, according to Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

"The water supply and wastewater systems in Berdyansk had been unmaintained for approximately 50 years. Severe wear and tear on the pipes had led to leaks over time, and the terrain had also reduced water pressure. Last September, a decision was made to reconstruct the most vulnerable sections of four main water pipelines in two stages. One of them is the "Privil" pipeline. Seven kilometers of new pipes were laid virtually next to the old ones, gradually switching consumers, minimizing the risk of network overload. Now, under the supervision of the Territorial Development Fund, work has begun on two more sections, 1.1 kilometers and 4.7 kilometers long," the Deputy Prime Minister said.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that these two water pipelines are intended to supply water to two-thirds of Berdyansk's residents.

"In the first phase, specialists will have to relocate nearly 6 km of pipes in challenging conditions: existing underground utilities, a roadway, and residential buildings are all located nearby. Overall, we plan to completely repair all four main water pipelines, totaling approximately 47 km, by the end of 2028. According to calculations, this will help resolve the water supply issue for more than 80,000 residents and visitors to the resort town of Berdyansk," said Vasily Kupyzin, CEO of the Territorial Development Fund.

Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak met with Acting Governor of the Tver Region Vitaly Korolev.

The parties discussed the region's socio-economic development, prospects for gasification of housing, utilities, and industrial facilities, modernization of the heating system, and improving the reliability of energy supply to consumers in the region.

It was noted that since March of this year, the state-owned company United Energy Systems of Tver Oblast (UES), with 100% regional ownership, has been operating the regional capital's heat and power complex. This decision is aimed at improving the reliability of Tver's heat supply and ensuring an uninterrupted supply of high-quality housing and utilities services to consumers.

The region's investment attractiveness is being enhanced by the gasification of its territories. A program approved by the regional government and Gazprom is being implemented, which aims to increase the gasification rate in the Upper Volga region to 84.5%.

At the same time, municipal heating systems are being modernized: modern gas boiler houses are being installed, and heating networks are being repaired and built. By 2026, the number of renovated heating facilities is planned to double.

A program to improve the reliability of the region's electricity supply for 2026–2030 has been adopted. This program will include the reconstruction of high-voltage lines, as well as the purchase of specialized equipment and generators.

The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) has completed accepting applications for the seventh round of the "Student Startup" competition, which is being held as part of the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform of the federal project "Technologies." The results were presented by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov.

"The government continues to support student entrepreneurship. This year, the Student Startup grant competition received 12,600 applications—a thousand more than in 2025. About half of the projects submitted by students are aligned with the national technological leadership projects approved by our President, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. The authors of the best solutions will receive 1 million rubles each to launch their startup. The winners will be announced this summer," the Deputy Prime Minister announced.

Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov noted that more and more universities are joining the initiative every year.

"Students from 438 universities in 82 regions applied to participate in the competition. Among the leaders were Tatarstan, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Bashkortostan, and the Novosibirsk region. Thanks to the competition, young people from across the country have the opportunity to showcase their talents in the field of technological entrepreneurship. In 2026, the majority of projects submitted to the competition are in the fields of digitalization, biotechnology, and creative industries," said Valery Falkov.

The competition participants' projects will then be evaluated by a jury and presented at defenses. The authors of the winning projects will receive grants of 1 million rubles to implement their own startup projects.

"This year, we set another record for the number of applications submitted to our main student competition. This confirms that our universities have a huge number of students who are truly interested in unlocking their entrepreneurial potential," said Andrey Zhizhin, CEO of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises.

Yuri Trutnev inspected the progress of restoration work in the territories of the DPR under the Far East's protection.

Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev inspected the progress of social infrastructure restoration in the Donetsk People's Republic's Far Eastern territories.

In the 2026 season, Far Eastern regions will carry out social infrastructure restoration work in 22 settlements with a total population of 205,000 people in six municipalities of the DPR. 107 facilities are scheduled for restoration, including 9 schools, 7 kindergartens, 4 sports grounds and gyms, 3 community centers, 3 medical facilities, 7.5 km of water pipelines, and 58,894.9 square meters of roads. Work is currently underway at 57 facilities. The delivery of humanitarian aid will continue. Since the beginning of the year, 34 tons of humanitarian aid have already been delivered.

"The most important thing is that we're maintaining the pace we've achieved in previous years. We're not experiencing any delays in completing projects. Unfortunately, sometimes construction in the Far East takes a little longer than we'd like, but in the new territories, there are no missed deadlines. I'm grateful to the governors for maintaining this high pace. They personally visit the territories, monitoring the progress of the work and the activities of their work teams. We're helping our fraternal territories. We're helping children, renovating sports facilities and schools. We're helping restore life in territories that were recently the scene of war. This is important work. Everyone understands this and does everything with all their heart," said Yuri Trutnev.

During his working visit, the Deputy Prime Minister met with representatives of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) working group and inspected the restoration of facilities in the Dokuchaevsk urban district and the village of Yelenovka. Eleven facilities are included in the 2026 repair and restoration plan. Work is currently underway at seven of the planned facilities. Eighty people and six pieces of equipment are involved.

In Dokuchayevsk, Yuri Trutnev inspected the Children's Art Center and Youth Center, where renovations are nearing completion. Yakut specialists have completed major repairs to the roofs and facades of the buildings, replaced windows, updated utilities, and completed a range of finishing works. Engineering work, furniture assembly, and grounds cleaning are underway. The overall completion rate for the facilities is 96%. According to Anatoly Alekseyev, head of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) working group, all work on the facilities will be completed in April.

In the village of Yelenovka, Yuri Trutnev visited the building of Yelenovskaya School No. 2. Built over half a century ago, the building was severely damaged by shelling from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Last year, the school's windows were replaced and the roof was re-roofed. This year, a full-scale overhaul has begun. Dismantling, installation of a ventilated façade, finishing work, and garbage removal are underway.

"The main focus is now on Yelenovskaya School No. 2. The plan sets the completion date until the end of the year. But we understand how important it is for children to attend the renovated school as soon as possible, so we intend to complete the work ahead of schedule and by November," said Anatoly Alekseev.

A major renovation of the youth center building with an IT center will be completed by August of this year. Installation of the suspended ceiling for the assembly hall, the stage deck, and the video surveillance system is currently underway. The overall completion rate for the facility is 95%. The Andreevsky Rural Center for Spiritual Development, a municipal cultural institution in the village of Andreyevka, will undergo a major renovation. Work is underway to clear the construction site for work, demolition work, and waste removal. Repairs to three water mains, two roads, and two sidewalks will also be completed.

"We plan to complete repairs to water pipes, roads, and sidewalks ahead of schedule—this summer. The leadership of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has tasked the working group with completing all planned projects ahead of schedule. We will strive to achieve this," added Anatoly Alekseev.

Yakut medical professionals continue to work in Dokuchaevsk. This year, they have already performed 42 surgeries. A surgeon from one of the republic's hospitals is currently working in Dokuchaevsk.

"I am continually amazed by the scale of our country. It's incredible that specialists from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), located almost 9,000 kilometers away, came to us to help restore and establish peaceful life in the urban district of Dokuchaevsk. We have developed a truly friendly relationship with our host region. We work closely and collaborate, and our questions and suggestions are resolved promptly. We are one country, one people!" said Alexander Kachanov, head of the Dokuchaevsk city administration.

The Starobeshevsky District of the Donetsk People's Republic has remained a special focus of its sponsor regions—the Zabaykalsky Krai and the Republic of Buryatia—since 2022. Since then, joint efforts have enabled the restoration of approximately one hundred residential and social facilities. These include schools and kindergartens, community centers, water supply facilities, roads, and apartment buildings.

This year, Buryatia's top priority is the renovation of an apartment building located at 19 Lenin Street in Komsomolskoye. Its entrance hall was in disrepair and required urgent repairs. To promptly resolve the issue, specialists conducted a comprehensive building inspection in 2025, prepared a design solution, and underwent an expert assessment. Repair work began in January and is now complete. The project is currently undergoing documentation acceptance and handover.

The Transbaikal Territory will continue the third phase of the restoration of the Novosvetskaya Music School. The façade has already been renovated, and new windows, roofing, fencing, and lighting have been installed. Previously, thanks to the Transbaikal Territory, School No. 1, the central square, and part of Lenin Street in the city of Komsomolskoye were renovated.

Much attention is being paid to upgrading the region's public utilities infrastructure. Buryatia will soon begin major repairs on five water pipelines: four in Starobeshevo and one in Komsomolskoye. Furthermore, the city's wastewater treatment facilities will be renovated.

In Komsomolsk-on-Amur Transbaikal, a water pipeline approximately 3 kilometers long is undergoing major repairs. In preparation for the 2026–2027 autumn-winter season, the region delivered supplies to the Starobeshevsky District at the request of local utility services: pipes, plumbing tools, fire hydrants, and other equipment.

Buryatia will restore district and village administration buildings. Among the projects planned for this year is the installation of a comprehensive sports ground on the grounds of Starobeshevskaya School No. 1. Specialists from Zabaikalsky Krai are already carrying out a major renovation of a school in the village of Maryanovka, beginning with replacing the roof.

Among other projects, roads in the Starobeshevsky District will be upgraded in the city of Komsomolskoye and the villages of Novy Svet and Starobeshovo. Zabaikalsky Krai has already begun repairing the road from the main Lenin Square to Kirov Street in Starobeshovo.

In the village of Novy Svet in the Starobeshevsky District, Yuri Trutnev visited the Berezka nursery school, which the Zabaykalsky Krai completed a major renovation last September. Inside the building, built over 50 years ago, all the rooms were renovated, the furniture was replaced, and a modern heating system was installed. "The Zabaykalsky Krai has created all the conditions to ensure our children's stay at the kindergarten is comfortable, cozy, and, of course, happy," noted the preschool's director, Tatyana Fedorova.

The Sakhalin Region is helping restore Shakhtyorsk's social infrastructure. Thanks to this support, nearly 40 apartment building roofs have been restored over the past four years. More than 20 of these are located in the Zhuravlevka microdistrict. The work was carried out by construction workers from the sponsoring region. Specialists dismantled old structures, replaced roof supports, treated the materials with fire retardant, and installed metal profiles.

Housing restoration work in Shakhtyorsk continues. In 2026, renovations are planned for 13 social and municipal infrastructure facilities, including two water supply facilities (the Yuzhnaya water pumping station and a water tower), two schools, one healthcare facility, and two residential buildings.

In Shakhtyorsk, Yuri Trutnev visited Secondary School No. 11. Built in 1959, the school needed major renovations, which were completed last year. Specialists replaced the roof, repaired the ceilings to eliminate leaks, and updated the lighting on the third floor. The heating system in the basement and kitchen was repaired. The water supply issue was resolved by installing 3,000-liter storage tanks, ensuring a reserve of water even during power outages. This year, the school's stadium is planned to be renovated and the area around the school will be landscaped.

"We've taken on the façade insulation, landscaping, replacing the existing fire protection station with a new one, and renovating the stadium. There will be a football field, play areas, and we'll install hardscape elements," said Alexey Bazhenov, head of the Sakhalin Region working group.

Another stop was Secondary School No. 2, where major renovations are ongoing. Local construction workers are preparing to renovate the gym and dance studio. Students will soon have modern, comfortable spaces for physical education, training, and creative activities. The school cafeteria will also be renovated. "We've taken over the gym, showers, locker room, coaches' rooms, and the dance studio. All of this will allow children to develop and practice sports in a new, modern facility," added Alexey Bazhenov.

"In the city of Shakhtyorsk, a special infrastructure project to restore the area continues to be implemented jointly with the Sakhalin Region. The main focus of this work is the restoration of social facilities, repair of utility infrastructure, and the power, water, and sewerage networks. Repairs to apartment buildings and improvements to our city are also included. Yuri Petrovich Trutnev inspected our joint work. Together with our Sakhalin colleagues, we reported on the progress of the work and plans for the remainder of this year, and demonstrated the repair and restoration work being carried out at two educational institutions. One of them was damaged during the fighting in 2014. A report was also presented on the ongoing repair work at the Yuzhnaya WPS. Yuri Petrovich inquired about the quality and effectiveness of interactions with the regional task force and clarified whether there were any challenges or issues requiring his assistance. "I would like to thank Yuri Petrovich and the Sakhalin Region team for their involvement and support in our city's restoration efforts," noted Alexander Shatov, Head of the Shakhtyorsk Municipal District Administration.
