Approved business program architecture the seventh international forum "Russian Energy Week – 2025", which will be held at the Central Exhibition Hall "Manege" in Moscow from October 15 to 17. "This year, the participants of the Russian Energy Week will discuss the first stages of implementing the Energy Strategy until 2050, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, which defines the long-term guidelines of our country for the period until 2050: development of the fuel and energy complex in the context of global challenges, energy transition, introduction of digital technologies, technological changes in general and growing energy consumption. The strategy takes into account the growth of global demand for all types of sources by 20% by 2050. Special attention will also be paid to the international aspect in the development of energy. The Russian construction complex contributes to the growth of tourist attractiveness of the reunited regions, making the roads to the sea convenient, comfortable and safe. Thus, in the DPR they are restoring more than 100 km of the Donetsk-Novoazovsk-Sedovo highway, including three bridges with a total length of about 170 m, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin reported.

"A developed road network becomes a driver of growth of the tourism potential of the reunited regions, stimulating the progress of related industries. In this context, the roads leading to the sea play an important role. For example, the Donetsk-Novoazovsk-Sedovo highway is one of the main tourist routes in the DPR, which provides access to the resorts of the Sea of Azov. Specialists are bringing more than 100 km of this highway into compliance with the regulations, including three bridges. Now their readiness is 50%," the Deputy Prime Minister said.

The work is being carried out under the supervision of specialists from the State Company "Avtodor". Its completion is scheduled for the end of 2025.

"We are putting in order three bridges of strategic importance for the region. They all have their own characteristics. Thanks to artificial structures across the Shirokaya ravine, the Berestovaya and Kalmius rivers, transport accessibility of the territories and uninterrupted traffic are ensured. To date, we have completed a significant amount of work, including the construction of a pile field, a grouting layer, grillages, pillars, beams and more. Now at these sites we are reinforcing the inter-beam joints, backfilling cones, preparing surfaces for applying waterproofing, there is still a lot of work ahead," said the head of the state company Avtodor Vyacheslav Petushenko.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov presented the results of the work of the national tourism portal "Travel.rf» for the first six months of 2025. In January–June 2025, unique users made more than 4 million visits to the portal.

"Within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality", created on the initiative of President Vladimir Putin, special attention is paid to popularizing opportunities for recreation in Russia. Among the foreign countries from which the largest number of tourists come are China, Saudi Arabia, India, and the United Arab Emirates. The fastest growing destinations for inbound tourism are Oman (140%), Indonesia (126%), Malaysia (107%), and Saudi Arabia (61%).

The subsidy will provide support for the installation of approximately 1,900 DC electric charging stations with a capacity of at least 149 kW, which are manufactured in Russia, during the implementation of the federal project “Production of Innovative Transport”.

The size of the subsidy will compensate 60% of the cost of the charging station equipment and 60% of the fee for technological connection to the power grid. At the same time, the mechanism for forming the compensation assumes the possibility of increasing its size if the investor installs charging stations with a capacity of more than 149 kW. This will become an incentive for launching electric charging stations that will be able to charge the battery of an electric vehicle faster. The 10th anniversary Eastern Economic Forum will be held on September 3–6 in Vladivostok on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University. Over the years, the EEF has become a full-fledged instrument for the development of the Far East and promotes the integration of the territory into the economy of the Asia-Pacific region. Particular attention is paid to housing policy: more than 145 thousand families took advantage of the Far Eastern mortgage at 2%, and over 3.8 thousand large families received 1 million rubles each to pay off payments.

Large-scale infrastructure projects are being implemented: it is planned to build 137 fishing vessels and 36 fish factories, create an urban agglomeration – a satellite of Vladivostok for 200 thousand residents. An important area has become the development of the creative economy: by 2030, a network of creative clusters with a total area of 100 thousand square meters will appear in the region. These and other initiatives, including the Far Eastern Quarter program, the formation of master plans for the cities of the macroregion and the creation of a single Far Eastern airline, demonstrate the state's comprehensive approach to the development of the Far East, where economic growth is combined with an improvement in the quality of life of the population.

"Behind all the figures, indicators, concluded contracts, agreements signed at the Eastern Economic Forum, behind everything the Russian Government is working on, there is a very clear end goal – people's happiness and improving their quality of life. In Volnovakha, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin opened a monument "In Memory of Road Heroes". It is dedicated to the heroism of workers who, at the cost of their lives, restored strategic transport arteries running through the territories of the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions. The monument was erected on the initiative of the State Company "Avtodor".

Together with the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin and the chairman of the board of "Avtodor" Vyacheslav Petushenko, the Deputy Prime Minister opened a bridge across the Gruzskaya River, which provides transit traffic to Donetsk, Shakhtyorsk, Snezhnoye and further to the LPR. In addition, there is a kindergarten on the route, the restoration of which is being carried out by the sponsor region – the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra.

"During the work, we used construction materials from local manufacturers. For example, now during the construction of the Mariupol bypass – I flew around it and inspected how the work was deployed. There, they used the technology of using local slags that had accumulated for decades and were not used. It is important that such solutions not only speed up construction processes, but also increase the tax base, strengthening the regional economy," said Marat Khusnullin.

A program for bringing the Donetsk People's Republic's roads up to standard by 2030 was also signed. The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the DPR was the first of the four new regions to carry out such systematic work and prepare a document.

In the Lugansk People's Republic, the Deputy Prime Minister familiarized himself with the implementation of the housing construction program.
