The response to this challenge was a proprietary import substitution strategy, under which all critical system components are being upgraded with domestic equivalents. For example, with government support, an automated production management system was put into commercial operation at the Cherepovets complex in 2025, and the pilot operation of an automated resource management system and a customer relationship management system will be completed in the first quarter of this year.

The Kolomensky plant has implemented a digital cash register.

The Kolomensky Zavod completed a project to convert cash register documents to electronic format using the 1C ERP platform. The project was initiated by Andrey Krivenkiy, Head of the Finance Department.

The 300th anniversary engine 18-9DGM produced by the Kolomensky Plant was installed on the 100th anniversary diesel locomotive 3TE28 – “Amurka”

Six new 3TE28 diesel locomotives, powered by Kolomzavod 18-9DGM diesel generators, arrived at the Tynda depot of the Far Eastern Railway.

A convoy of new diesel locomotives was led to their home depot by locomotive number 100, decorated with an image of an Amur tiger. The "jubilee" diesel locomotive, unofficially nicknamed "Amurka," has become a true jewel of the Baikal-Amur Mainline. Incoming inspection as one of the key operations of the production preparation stage

A professional skills competition was held in the parking lot of the KAMAZ PJSC Transport Logistics Department. The event's organizers—the department's management and trade union committee—invited anyone interested to test their knowledge and skills. Eleven people participated.

"The competition isn't just a challenge; it's always an opportunity to gain new knowledge and improve your professional skills," emphasized Alexander Marakin, Director of the Transport Logistics Department, welcoming the participants.
