In the first seven months of 2025, Moscow government agencies carried out almost 22 thousand procedures in the format of an electronic request for quotations for a total of over 19 billion rubles. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy Kirill Purtov.

"One of the most convenient and popular methods of prompt procurement of necessary goods, works and services among government agencies is an electronic request for quotations. From January to July 2025, customers made 21.9 thousand purchases in this way. Their volume amounted to 19.3 billion rubles. Requests for quotations are most often used for the purchase of medical products and medicines: over the seven months of this year, more than 16.5 thousand such procedures were carried out for a total of 12.9 billion rubles," said Kirill Purtov.

During the electronic request for quotations, the customer publishes via unified automated information system of trades (EAIST) Moscow notice of purchase containing data on the specification of goods, works or services, in unified information system in the procurement sphere.
