All our projects are interconnected and formed into a unified system: identifying wells, including those already shut down, analyzing the possibility of reviving and restarting them, constantly monitoring the situation, monetizing processes, and so on. For example, as part of our joint work with the State University of Management on the ABRIS project, we are developing software systems that will enable us to obtain information on a completely new level. It's gratifying to see your ideas come to life."

The Digital Innovation Lab's primary focus is the promising projects "ABRIS" and "GeoMap." The former is developing mobile and stationary robotic platforms with drones for the automatic monitoring of industrial facilities—from pipelines to complex infrastructure. The latter is dedicated to analyzing economic and environmental efficiency: specialists are assessing the benefits of mothballing old wells or converting them to geothermal power.

ABRIS and GeoMap not only train new-level specialists but also serve as the foundation for the implementation of innovative monitoring technologies in the oil and gas, energy, transportation, and agro-industrial sectors.

Tashkent, October 24 (Xinhua) — The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has decided to maintain its key interest rate at 14 percent per annum. The bank's press service reported this on Friday.

The country reportedly saw steady economic growth in the third quarter of this year. The maintenance of relatively tight monetary conditions, the exhaustion of last year's inflationary impact, and the stabilizing effect of the strengthening exchange rate on commodity prices contributed to a slowdown in annual inflation in September.

ISTANBUL, October 24 (Xinhua) — At least 14 migrants died when a boat sank in the Aegean Sea off the coast of Turkey's Muğla province, the provincial governor's office said in a statement.

According to the statement, the rubber boat with 18 migrants on board sank 10 minutes after setting off.

The Afghan citizen managed to reach the rocky shore and call for help. The coast guard reportedly dispatched boats and a specialized diving team.

Rescuers later found another survivor and the bodies of 14 dead migrants, provincial authorities added.

Dushanbe, October 24 /Xinhua/ — The 2nd International Competition of Chinese Language Teachers from Central Asian Countries, "Heroes of Chinese Language Teaching-2025," is being held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, on October 24 and 25.

ANKARA, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) — Turkey's central bank on Thursday slowed its monetary easing cycle, cutting its key interest rate by 100 basis points from 40.5 percent to 39.5 percent, in line with market expectations.

In a statement following the Monetary Policy Committee meeting, the Central Bank reported that inflation accelerated in September. Recent price changes, particularly for food products, have increased the risks to disinflation due to inflation expectations and price behavior.

Addis Ababa, October 24 (Xinhua) — China has become the fourth-largest importer of Ethiopian coffee, up from seventh place two years ago, according to Shafi Umar, deputy director general of the Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority.

In a recent interview with Xinhua, he said that Ethiopia exported about 9,470 tons of coffee to China in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, which began on July 8, earning US$65.49 million.

“The revenues received from coffee exports to China in the first three months of the current financial year increased almost sevenfold compared to the revenues in the same period last year,” noted Sh. Umar.

He attributed the increase in coffee exports to China to the supply of organic coffee and improved delivery services that meet the growing demand of Chinese consumers for high-quality coffee.
