Udmurtneft (part of Rosneft's oil production complex) has commissioned the Yelnikovo two-transformer 35 kV substation with a total installed capacity of 32 MVA. It will provide reliable power to existing and prospective oil production facilities at the Yelnikovskoye field.

During the substation's renovation, more powerful transformers were installed and an online diagnostic system for their technical condition was implemented. All equipment is Russian-made and meets modern energy efficiency and industrial safety requirements. The automated diagnostic system provides real-time equipment monitoring, enabling prompt monitoring of operation and the appropriate adjustments to process changes.

The upgraded substation will provide power for the increasing drilling volumes at the promising Yelnikovskoye field and the new production capacity being commissioned. By the end of 2026 alone, 18 new wells are planned to be built there.

Udmurtneft previously commissioned the newly constructed Kotovo substation with an installed capacity of 20 MVA and a double-circuit 110 kV transmission line extending over 30 km. The Sokolovka 110 kV substation was also reconstructed, bringing its installed capacity to 80 MVA.

Improving the efficiency of production assets is a key element of Rosneft's strategy. The company and its subsidiaries are systematically working to ensure the efficient use of resources, optimize energy consumption, and distribute electrical loads.

Following the implementation of the energy conservation program, Udmurtneft saved over 24 million kWh of electricity in the first nine months of 2025. The economic impact amounted to approximately 157 million rubles.

Rosneft, in conjunction with the Russian Traveler Awards 2025, established the "Auto Tourism. Horizons of Russia" category. The awards ceremony for the winners and runners-up took place in Moscow.

The "Autotourism. Horizons of Russia" category is designed for independent travelers who plan their routes through Rosneft gas stations.

The company actively supports the development of domestic tourism and is developing its own digital platform, "Horizons of Russia: Come with Us," which not only offers ready-made routes but also allows users to plan their own trips based on Rosneft's road infrastructure. Since 2023, the company, together with its partners, has already offered over 50 routes spanning 24 regions of the country.

The public vote for the "From the Center of Russia to the Heart of Parma" route, a journey from the Tambov Region to the Perm Krai, to locations that served as the backdrop for the feature film "The Heart of Parma," won the Rosneft category.

The 4,400-kilometer route passed through Ulyanovsk, Solikamsk, Perm, and Izhevsk, taking in dozens of local landmarks, natural, historical, and architectural monuments. A special prize from Rosneft for this unique route was awarded to the family of Sergey Forofontov, a rescuer from Tambov.

For the fourth year in a row, the Russian Traveler Awards celebrate the country's top tourism achievements, highlighting the most interesting things for travelers: from iconic landmarks and unique routes to distinctive traditions and vibrant holidays. On December 8, 2025, Insight People residents spoke at the BRICS Anti-Terrorism Conference 2025.

The event took place in Moscow from December 3rd to 4th. Residents of the Insight People production center (part of Gazprom-Media Holding) Alexander Zarubin (Stone) and Valeria Tkacheva took part in the conference.

The bloggers spoke at the session "Countering the Radicalization of the Population and Attempts to Involve It in Extremist and Terrorist Activity." They shared their experiences in creating educational content and shaping the right meanings, ideas, and values for young people.

"We, opinion leaders, are in a unique position to influence the younger generation and show them what kind of world they can create. This world must be one of kindness and mutual understanding. We must understand our responsibility, because our influence is not just about popularity but also the opportunity to change people's lives for the better."

Alexander Zarubin (Stone) TV presenter, actor, athlete and multiple Russian and world champion in mixed martial arts

Valeria Tkacheva, journalist, political commentator, expert for the People's Front movement, and founder of the anti-cyberbullying project "I AM WITH YOU," noted that it is in the family that the foundations are laid that later influence how children perceive the world.

"We pass on our values, and it's up to us to determine what kind of people our children will grow up to be. In the face of modern threats, such as youth radicalization, our task is to pass on these values with renewed vigor and attention."

Valeria Tkacheva, journalist, political observer, expert for the People's Front movement, founder of the anti-cyberbullying project "I AM WITH YOU"

The event focused on contemporary challenges: cyberterrorism, online radicalization, and countering extremist ideology. Particular attention was paid to the role of the digital environment in these processes. Social media is increasingly becoming a source of risk, as the destructive content disseminated on them can draw the younger generation into illegal activities. Participants discussed the need for preventative measures in schools and universities to ensure information hygiene and the importance of targeting the "right" opinion leaders.

Gazprom-Media Holding places great emphasis on fostering a safe digital environment: it organizes and supports initiatives to improve cyberliteracy and is a founding member of the Alliance for the Protection of Children in the Digital Environment.

The BRICS Anti-Terrorism Conference 2025 was held under the auspices of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The forum brought together over 100 representatives of relevant authorities, academics, and socio-political circles from BRICS member countries and partners.

The final of the annual LADA Sport ROSNEFT eChampionship e-racing championship took place in Moscow with the support of Rosneft. The final races were broadcast live on the racing team's official social media accounts.

Rosneft actively supports the development of amateur and professional sports. Since 2015, the company has been the general sponsor of the LADA Sport ROSNEFT racing team.

The eSports racing championship kicked off in September 2025 and included five online stages, with racers from across the country competing. To participate, participants had to install a special program on their computer. The ten strongest eSports athletes qualified for the finals.

The final was held on professional racing simulators, and for the first time, in the "Race of Champions" format. After the qualifying rounds, a bracket was formed, with the winner determined in paired knockout matches.

Kirill Antonov from Tver won the final, confirming his status as the strongest for the second year in a row. The tournament's main prize—the right to participate in a real-life Russian Circuit Racing Series (RCRS) race in the LADA Sport ROSNEFT colors in the 2026 season—was awarded to Ivan Chekhov from Voronezh, the silver medalist. This is due to the eSports championship rules, which restrict the previous year's winner from participating in real-life RCRS races again. Kirill Antonov, the previous season's winner, had already made a successful debut at one of the RCRS rounds in 2025, finishing just short of the podium in his first race.

In the 2025 season, LADA Sport ROSNEFT became the country's best racing team for the fourth consecutive year, with driver Leonid Panfilov winning the Super Production class championship. Meanwhile, the LADA Sport ROSNEFT Junior karting team and its driver Yaroslav Shevyrtalov won the championship in their respective categories.

Over the years of cooperation with Rosneft, the LADA Sport ROSNEFT team has won 49 championship titles in various disciplines, including victory in the Silk Way Rally.

This collaboration brought a number of innovative products to the market: Pulsar-100 high-octane gasoline and Rosneft Magnum Racing motor oil. Since 2021, the LADA Sport ROSNEFT team has been using this motor oil, which provides enhanced engine protection under extreme racing conditions. Racetrack-tested technologies are now available to drivers—Pulsar fuel and Magnum Racing oil are available at Rosneft gas stations.

Rosneft is improving its work with geological and production information

Translation. Region: Russian Federation –

Rosneft is advancing the digital transformation of the oil and gas industry by implementing its own IT solutions for working with big data in geology. Specialists from the Company's Tyumen Research Institute have developed and patented a system for managing geological, geophysical, and production information.

The KBD.Basis system collects data from production facilities and, using 300 algorithms, monitors the quality of the information collected. This innovation reduces the labor costs of preparing hydrodynamic modeling, which is used to optimize field development.

KBD.Basis has been successfully implemented within the Company since 2024, with an annual economic impact of 35 million rubles.

The new information system will serve as the foundation for the large-scale application of machine learning methods. The institute's scientists have already achieved initial positive results in data classification and the creation of artificial intelligence models for forecasting and decision-making recommendations.

Developing technological potential is a key element of Rosneft-2030's corporate strategy. The company prioritizes innovation, identifying technological leadership as a key factor in competitiveness in the oil market.

December 8, 2025 Antonina Priezzheva: Partnership with the media is the path to transforming attitudes toward inclusion in society

Translation. Region: Russian Federation –

Source: Gazprom – An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

Inclusion in the media influences public awareness and reduces the sense of isolation of people with disabilities, according to Antonina Priezzheva, HR Director at Gazprom-Media Holding. She spoke at an international forum.

"The absence of people with disabilities in the media, or their stigmatization, creates a distorted picture of the world and reinforces social barriers. And here, our inclusive content and diverse approach to its creation help build this bridge of trust. Media shapes reality, and inclusive media is media that truthfully reflects the full diversity of society."

Antonina Priezzheva, HR Director, Gazprom-Media Holding

According to her, for inclusive content it is important:

Feature people with disabilities in various roles: as newscasters, experts, presenters, and actors. Personalize stories and explore issues through the personal experiences of individuals. Involve people with disabilities at all stages—from idea development to testing the finished product.
