Winners will be required to register a legal entity, develop a business plan, and launch a website for their startup. Competition projects must meet the following guidelines:

1) digital technologies,

5) biotechnology,

6) resource-saving energy,

7) creative industries.

The competition operator is the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE).
