The Voin Center will take part in the tenth anniversary Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. An outdoor area of over 500 sq. m will operate in the format of a military sports town, where anyone can take master classes in the training areas of the "Warrior" center. In the tactical medicine zone, guests will study cardiopulmonary resuscitation, learn how to apply a tourniquet and a tourniquet, and master the algorithm for evacuating a wounded person from the battlefield.

Visitors will also be able to learn how to operate a ground drone and an unmanned aerial vehicle in a special cube, test their skills in shooting from different types of laser weapons and disassembling and assembling AK-74M, AK-12 assault rifles and a Makarov pistol. In addition, a laser tag game will be organized for participants and guests of the forum.

The Russian Union of Martial Arts (RUMA) will take part in the program of the Voin center. Representatives of RUMA will conduct master classes and demonstration performances in hand-to-hand combat, karate and other types of martial arts.

Four federations will join forces to conduct a series of self-defense classes. Among them are demonstrations of effective techniques from participants of the Kyokushinkai Academy, practical advice from the Sambo Federation, training under the guidance of representatives of the Kendo and Kickboxing Federations.

Also on the outdoor area of the Voin center there will be an exposition of the Patriotic TOR – products of KhabinnoTech. The space will house modern samples of UAVs for both civilian and military purposes.

At the Voin Center stand on the FEFU campus, which will be located in Building A on level 3, forum participants will be able to get acquainted with the activities of its branches using an interactive multimedia panel. Guests will also have the opportunity to take part in master classes on tactical medicine, UAV control on a domestic simulator, and disassembly and assembly of a Kalashnikov assault rifle.

Both venues will host military-sports quests, and their participants are guaranteed valuable prizes from the Voin center.

The 10th Eastern Economic Forum will be held on September 3–6 at the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. During these days, the exhibition "Far East Street" will be available to forum participants, and on September 7, 8, and 9, it will be open to everyone. “Russia continues to demonstrate growth in popularity among foreign tourists, which is due to the creation of tourism infrastructure and the introduction of simplified entry mechanisms,” said Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, commenting on the bill adopted by the State Duma, expanding the possibilities of a single electronic visa for entry into Russia.

"Our country is becoming increasingly popular with guests from abroad. Last year, the country was visited by more than 5 million foreign tourists, which is 30% more than the previous year. We see that foreign guests are increasingly using simplified entry mechanisms – applying for electronic visas. Over the first five months of 2025, more than 230 thousand foreign tourists entered the country using it, and in total, 940 thousand people used it during the period of operation of the mechanism. The new measures will make Russia even more accessible to international travelers and strengthen the country's position in the global tourism market," Dmitry Chernyshenko emphasized.

Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development, added: "The Ministry of Economic Development is systematically working to increase the attractiveness of Russia for foreign tourists. Bridge across the Voya River, Kirov Region.

Thanks to the national project "Infrastructure for Life", in 2025, more than 500 bridges and overpasses with a length of 42.2 thousand linear meters will be built, reconstructed, repaired, including major repairs, on the regional and local road network. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

"Bridges, overpasses, and flyovers allow you to overcome difficult sections, reduce travel time, and reduce the load on alternative routes. They ensure uninterrupted traffic flow, connect territories, and improve road safety. The construction and timely repair of artificial structures are important for the sustainability and efficiency of the country's road framework. Thanks to the national project "Infrastructure for Life", in 2025, more than 500 bridges and overpasses with a length of 42.2 thousand linear meters will be built, reconstructed, repaired, including major repairs," said Marat Khusnullin.

In particular, this year it is planned to commission 7 artificial structures, another 65 bridges and overpasses will be reconstructed. 228 structures will undergo major repairs. Work on a number of objects began under the national project "Safe High-Quality Roads".

Thus, in the Luninsky District of the Penza Region, the reconstruction of the bridge across the Shuksha River, located on the Penza-Lunino highway, was completed significantly ahead of schedule. The highway is part of the regional backbone network of highways, and also connects the administrative center of the Penza Region with the district center of the Luninsky District and further with the Republic of Mordovia.

The old bridge built in the 60s of the last century was in a pre-emergency condition. The new four-span structure has a length of 101.25 running meters. The width is 16 running meters. The project provides for sidewalks 2.25 m wide. The total length of approaches to the bridge is 235 m. Also, for the comfort of Luninets living near the artificial structure, noise protection screens more than 300 m long have been installed.

The major repairs of the bridge across the Voya River in the Nemsky District of the Kirov Region were completed ahead of schedule and put into operation. It is located on the regional highway Kyrchany – Nema – Kilmez. The length of the facility is 300 running meters. The crossing provides a connection between the Kirov Region and the Udmurt Republic. The traffic of three regional highways passes here: Kyrchany – Nema – Kilmez, Kazan – Perm and Kirov – Malmyzh – Vyatskiye Polyany.

Two artificial structures were opened in the Ulyanovsk region after major repairs: a bridge over a ravine in the Novomalyklinsky district and a bridge over the Vodoleyka River in the Sursky district. The length of the first object is 30.1 running meters. The crossing over the ravine is located on the highway ""R-241 Kazan – Buinsk – Ulyanovsk, approach to the city of Samara" – Dimitrovgrad" – Novaya Malykla.

The second object is a bridge across the Vodoleyka River built in 1967. It is located on the Surskoye-Shumerlya-Moscow-Kazan highway. The road is part of the regional backbone network and connects the Ulyanovsk Region and the Chuvash Republic. In addition, a school route passes through here. The length of the object is 66.9 running meters.
