The draft order provides for compensation payments for housing rentals to the families of affected citizens.

4. On amendments to the distribution of subsidies to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the budget of the city of Baikonur for the implementation of measures to modernize the public utility infrastructure for 2025 and for the planning period of 2026 and 2027, approved by Appendix 31 (Table 141) to the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 2025 and for the Planning Period of 2026 and 2027"

The draft order provides for the redistribution of federal budget funds between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation within the framework of the federal project “Modernization of Public Utilities Infrastructure”.

5. On the allocation of budgetary appropriations from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Ministry of Construction of Russia in 2025 to provide a subsidy from the federal budget to the budget of the Murmansk Region

The draft order is aimed at co-financing expenditure obligations arising from the implementation of measures to stabilize the situation in the housing and utilities sector.

6. On the allocation of budgetary appropriations from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Ministry of Construction of Russia in 2025 to provide a subsidy from the federal budget to the budget of Kamchatka Krai

The draft order is aimed at co-financing expenditure obligations arising from the implementation of measures to stabilize the situation in the housing and utilities sector.

7. On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2008 No. 438

The draft resolution provides for the granting of powers to the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade to develop state policy and legal regulation in the sphere of circulation of methanol and methanol-containing liquids.

8. On the distribution of subsidies provided from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

The draft order provides for approval of the distribution of subsidies for the development and bringing into compliance with the standards of regional or inter-municipal, local roads, including artificial road structures.

9. On the allocation by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East in 2025 of budgetary allocations reserved in the federal budget for the provision of subsidies to the budgets of individual constituent entities of the Russian Federation that are part of the Far Eastern Federal District, for the purpose of co-financing expenditure obligations arising from an increase in the amount of state support from 450 thousand rubles to 1 million rubles for families with three or more children, as part of the implementation of the federal project "Assistance to constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the implementation of powers to provide state support to citizens in providing housing and paying for housing and communal services"

The draft order is aimed at implementing in 2025 state support for families in providing housing in the territory of individual subjects of the Russian Federation that are part of the Far Eastern Federal District.

10. On the allocation of budgetary allocations to the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia in 2025 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to ensure the refinement and implementation of Russian solutions in the field of information technology with the support of the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technology of the federal project "Domestic Solutions" of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State"

The draft order envisages the implementation of grant support for particularly significant projects to refine and implement Russian solutions in the field of information technology, the implementation of which is aimed at eliminating the risks and consequences of restrictive measures taken by foreign states in relation to the Russian Federation.

Competitions in more than 10 sports are included in the program Sports games the tenth, anniversary Eastern Economic Forum, which will take place on September 3–6 in Vladivostok. The EEF is organized by the Roscongress Foundation.

The All-Russian sledge hockey competition "Cup of Heroes of Our Time" will be held in Vladivostok. "The adaptive sports tournament is included in the sports program of the EEF for the first time. Sledge hockey is one of the examples of how sports contribute to the social adaptation of the heroes of the SVO. The morning of the first day of the forum's business program will begin with the traditional "Fight and Win" race. Forum participants and residents of Vladivostok will run 5 km in the Primorsky Oceanarium Park. Registration for the race is open in your personal account. EEF participants will also be able to play in chess, table tennis and tennis tournaments.

In addition, the forum will host the children's tournament "Nadezhda Cup", named after the titled tennis player Nadezhda Petrova. The former third racket of the world has supported young talented tennis players from the Far East for many years and will meet them again at the EEF.

One of the most striking sporting events of the VEF will be the IV Sail Parade. Residents and guests of Vladivostok will see yacht races of the Platu-25 class, as well as demonstration swims of large sailboats in the waters of the Amur Bay.

The main sports program of the EEF will be preceded by the Regatta Radio Monte Carlo, which will take place on August 17 in Moscow. In addition, on the eve of the forum, the EEF Show Jumping Cup will be held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
