Beijing, March 23 (Xinhua) — Cooperation in the Lancang-Mekong Basin has grown from a tiny seed into a towering tree, becoming a model for building a community with a shared future for humanity, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Monday.

NEW YORK, March 23 (Xinhua) — Two pilots were killed and dozens of people were injured Sunday evening when an Air Canada Express plane collided with a fire truck while landing at LaGuardia Airport in New York.

Moscow, March 23 (Xinhua) — Russia and Vietnam signed an intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the construction of a nuclear power plant (NPP) in Vietnam.
