ISTANBUL, February 12 (Xinhua) — At least three migrants died when a rubber dinghy carrying 45 migrants partially sank in the Aegean Sea on Thursday, the Turkish Coast Guard said in a statement.

According to the statement, the incident occurred at approximately 5:33 a.m. local time (2:33 a.m. GMT) off the coast of Izmir Province in western Turkey. Helicopters and patrol vessels were quickly dispatched to the disaster area.

Moscow, February 12 (Xinhua) — Three children died in a fire in an apartment building in the Russian city of Vladivostok, the Russian Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies, and Disaster Relief reported on Thursday.
