MINSK, July 31 /Xinhua/ — Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of Belarus Roman Golovchenko and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the UAE to Belarus Ibrahim Salim Mohamed Al-Musharrah held a meeting in Minsk on Wednesday. OTTAWA, July 30 (Xinhua) — Canada plans to recognize the State of Palestine in September, Prime Minister Mark Carney announced on Wednesday.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun made the call at a daily ministry briefing in response to a reporter's question.

“The abandoned Japanese chemical weapons in China represent one of the most serious crimes committed by Japanese militarists during the war of conquest against China,” the diplomat said.
