Moscow, December 25 (Xinhua) — Officers from Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) have thwarted a series of terrorist attacks planned by Ukrainian intelligence agencies in the Kaluga Region. The FSB's Public Relations Center reported this on Thursday.

"The Federal Security Service (FSB) has thwarted a series of terrorist attacks planned by Ukrainian intelligence agencies in the Kaluga region," reads a statement published on the agency's website.

TIANJIN, December 25 (Xinhua) — At the SCO summit held in Tianjin, northern China, China announced the establishment of six practical cooperation platforms, three of which are located in Tianjin.
